Surprise?...

Chapter Five

I woke up to the sound of the shower being turned on.

I've been living here for two weeks now. Although I'm still getting used to the country, I've become quite comfortable in the house and with both Siwon and Sora. Although I've only talked to Siwon, I've heard all about the crazy, game obsessed maknae, the sweet bunny loving martial artist, and the cocky pretty boy.... an interesting bunch, i must admit. I can't wait until they come back and I finally get to meet them all. 

I yawned as I sat up, pulling a baggy sweater over my tank top and plaid pajama pants, i headed out into the living room and kitchen. I could hear the shower running and was sure that Sora wouldn't mind a hot cup of coffee waiting for her once she dried off.

Walking in, I stretched my back, opened my eyes, and froze. What was a man doing at the counter sipping coffee? And why did he look so familiar?

"Coffee?" he offered, motioning towards the pot. 

"um, sure.... thanks." I responded as i shuffled over and poured myself a cup. Still half asleep, I sat on the stool two seats away from the man and took a sip awkwardly. Was he a friend of Sora's or?..

"Amanda, right?" he asked, "I'm Siwon. It's nice to finally meet you. We happened to catch an earlier flight back to Korea late last night. I think Sora was going to send you a text or leave a note?"

Siwon? So this was Siwon? Looking at him again, my eyes widened in shock and I froze. Super Junior's Siwon. He's Super Junior's Siwon in flesh and bone and seated directly in front of me.

I opened my mouth but didn't know what to say. I closed it, swallowed, and let out a weak "Nice to meet you too..."

We lapsed into an awkward silence as I continued to process what was happening. I let my eyes drift across the room until they settled the green piece of paper sitting on the glass coffee table. I rushed over, almost knocking my coffee over in the process, and began to read.

"Amanda,

I'm sorry I had to leave on such short notice. Something came up so my brother and his friends caught an earlier flight back home. I didn't want to wake you up just as you adjusted to the timezones so I thought it best to let you sleep. I'll be gone by the morning when you read this. It's easier for me pack and move back in with my friend tonight, then try to do it with work tomorrow. I was really hoping we would be able to greet my brother home together so I'm sorry. There is one thing I didn't mention that I should have. My brother and his friends might seem familiar to you but promise not to totally freak out. My brother's name is Lee Hyuk Jae. You'll probably recognize him as Super Junior's Eunhyuk. His roommates are the rest of Super Junior. I thought it was too good when you recognized their music in the car, I wish I was there to see your face...
Text me, call me. We'll grab coffee soon and I promise to visit. I'm not too far away.

I didn't know what to say or how to respond. It felt like some kind of weird dream. Good or nightmare I couldn't tell. She had known very well that I was a fan, and yet she warn me. She still let me live with them. I should have felt excited in that moment, but I was terrified. 

Siwon spoke up from behind me. "Amanda? I don't know if Sora told you but the other guys don't really know that you're a g-" 

"Hey, Siwon" someone called out irritably, "Where's the blowdr-"

The person stopped mid sentence. Confused, I turned away from Siwon and towards the hall where the voice had come from. As soon as I did though, I immediately regretted it. There, standing in the doorway, was Eunhyuk wearing only a towel. I turned bright red, frozen in shock and unable to turn away.

"Good Morninggggg!" Heechul called out excitedly as he appeared in the hallway next to the horrified Eunhyuk. He slapped a hand down on his shoulder before freezing as well when he saw me. 

"A girl!?" he spluttered, pulling Eunhyuk back by the shoulder. " What are you doing?! Move, cover yourself!" 

Siwon and I watched in shock as he pushed Eunhyuk back into the washroom and ran down the hall, entering a room and slamming the door behind him.

There was silence as Siwon and I continued to stare where they had been.

Finally, I spoke.

"W-what just happened?"

A/N:

Afew things i want to point out about the story:

1) I do realize that a bunch of them don't live in dorm with the rest of them... but for my story's sake and to keep it simple, I'm making them all live there.

2) i don't know how to show the difference in language because half is english while the other half is korean... I'm trusting you guys to figure that out for yourselves? the only conversations in english are with Amanda in them because she doesnt speak korean...
