"Can you two come with me?" Caitlin asks once she sees the fear in Thaddeus's eyes return she quickly explains why, "I just want to make sure that wormhole didn't mess with anything. When we send you home, you two should be healthy."

Bart complies but Thad was a little hesitant but complied, "Are you like a doctor or something?"

"Well, something like." She replies as she leads them to the little medical bay at Star Labs.

Thad twiddled with his fingers as they walked inside the room, these things made him nervous. And he had a good right to be nervous around lab equipment, just like how Conner hated being in tubes because of Kadmus. Bart was the first one to be checked out by Caitlin. "Can you sit up here? I'll be back in a little bit with some clothes for you to change into."

The two teens watch her as she leaves the room and heads down the hallway. Thad looks to Bart for reassurance and he says, "Whatever she does to me she'll do to you, it'll be okay."

He nods and goes back to looking at the floor. Five minutes later Caitlin returns with two sacks of some clothes and tells them, "I don't know if this will fit but we tried our best on estimating."

"I'll leave you to change, but Impulse doesn't put a shirt on just yet." Caitlin walks over to the window and pulls down the blinds. She then steps out so the boys could change.

Bart was the first to go rummaging through the bags, pulling out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. He sets the shirt on the table and begins to try on the jeans, he was surprised that they fit. Thaddeus couldn't help but watch Bart.

Thad asks as he quits fumbling with the zipper on his uniform, "Can you uh?"

"Yeah." Bart replies jumping off the table and then zooming over to help him unzip the costume he practically lives in.

Bart was completely shocked at the scars that covered his back, he was somewhat scared that see what was on his chest. Thad knew Bart had seen too much so in a blink of an eye he used his super speed and changed into the clothes they provided him with. He didn't need Bart's or anyone's sympathy.

"You can come in now, we're all done." Bart informs Caitlin as he sits back down on the bed.

Caitlin comes walking back into the room and begins to do normal tests, checking Bart's heart rate and she checked his bone structure. After running through her tests she comes to the conclusion that he's okay. "You're in good health."

Bart grabs the shirt and slides it on over his head as he jumps off the table again. Thad walks over to the bed and sits down, he grabs ahold of the bottom of his shirt and then lifts it over his head. He sets it to the side and looks at the floor as Caitlin and Bart look at his torso. Yellowish bruises littered his skin, a lightning bolt was carved into his left shoulder, and a few scars were scattered around.

"If you don't mind me asking but who did this to you??" Caitlin asks her voice was full of worry and concern for the child sitting in front of her on the medical bed.

Thad stayed quiet. He couldn't tell her or anyone who did this to him. He couldn't muster up the courage to speak out against him. His voice comes out rushed and agitated, "Can we just get on with your exam please?"

Caitlin nods and begins her exam, being very careful not to hurt him. She begins the normal testing as she did on Bart comes to the same conclusions, he was healthy other than the bruises that covered his skin. Even though they were healing it still caused her to wonder what else this boy had been through. "Besides the bruises, your healthy."

Thad grabs the shirt and puts it back on using his super speed. Caitlin asks changing the subject quickly, "Do you guys like donuts?"

Bart quickly shook his head and was jumping for joy at the mention of food, as a speedster he'd get to eat practically anything and everything. Thad liked food but not as much as Bart, he was only fed went it was absolutely necessary. "Come on there's some in the cortex."

Once Bart herd where they were he was gone, Thad didn't take off he walked at a normal pace beside Caitlin. They walked in silence until they reached the cortex. Bart ran over to Thad with a donut in his mouth and handed him one, excitement flowing off him. Thad took it but didn't take a bite.

Everyone watched the two speedsters, they were completely different. They noticed how Impulse got his name, he was hyperactive and impulsive. While Inertia was cautious of everything and everyone, he was quiet while Impulse was talkative. They were curious how these two even came to together.

It was until everyone had a donut, Thad began to eat the donut Bart gave him. This was something Eaobard made him do when he would eat with a group, he'd make him wait until everyone started eating until he'd let him eat. He was watching everyone cautiously, afraid they'd turn on him at any moment. He was in uncharted territory and with previous teachings it made him be wary of everything.

Bart being Bart wanted to help free him of this.

After they finished eating their donuts Thaddeus caught a glimpse of the date on the monitor, he was shocked when it said 2019. Shock filled his eyes for a split second and then made his normal facial expression returns. This was a big problem, they were from the year 2058. How could they have been brought to a different earths' past?

"What year is it?" Thad asks, causing everyone to look over at the boy. They were shocked, they hardly heard him speak this whole time and to ask a question it made them curious as to where he was going with it.

"It's 2019." Barry replies answering the boys' question, a little confused as to why he asked. "Why?"

Thad turns to look at Bart and Bart's face held the same shock as Thad's did when he first saw it on the monitor.

"Because we're from the year 2058."
