An invisible force jolts Daisy awake from her peaceful slumber and she is now seated upright on the bed trying her best to catch her breath. She had awoken from nightmares multiple times but this was the first time she had somebody beside her on the bed. Daisy came to her senses and realized she was in Timothée's bedroom and he was laying right beside her.

This wasn't the way she expected to wake up after spending a night with the boy she had such deep feelings for. She expected to wake up to him in a peaceful slumber as well, with his eyes closed and with his curls messed up. But knowing she had woken him up in a fright due to her nightmares was not comforting at all. In fact, it made her feel worse.

'I'm sorry.' She says and immediately the words that escaped her triggered the tears that she had been holding back for the past few minutes. Timothée wraps his arms around her tightly and he whispers something into her ears but she can't hear it, she can't hear anything at all.

She is shaking underneath his grasp and she sees the nightmare replaying itself in her head over and over again, haunting her even in her wake. Eventually she is able to bring herself back to reality because she can now hear Timothée in her ears whispering. 'Shhhh, it's okay. It's okay.. just breathe Daisy please.' And she does, she breathes slowly and steadily until she is able to control her breathing again.

This was very different for Timothée. He knew how to deal with the after math of Daisy's nightmares after she had calmed herself down and walked all the way over to his room. But this was the first time he had to deal with her nightmares right after they had occurred.

It made him wonder how she could possibly calm herself down when she was all by herself in her room. Right now it was taking her a moment to recollect herself but he couldn't even imagine how hard it must be to come back to your senses when you are all alone in your room, with no one to hold you.

Timothée couldn't wait any longer, his curiosity and his feelings for her were mixed in together and he couldn't help but let it get the best of him. 'You need to tell me Daisy.' He demands and Daisy looks at him with an expression he can't read.

'What?' She says, pain evident in her voice but Timothée doesn't hold back.

'I know you keep having this nightmare, you told me about it when we were first friends, you told me about it again when we were in Los Angeles and now you're having that same nightmare but you won't explain it to me.' Timothée says, sounding frustrated.

He wants to help her, but how can he do that when he has no clue what's scaring her. Daisy's voice is still low and weak as she speaks. 'Timothée, I told you already nobody knows. And I don't want to talk about it.' As she says this she focuses her attention elsewhere and reaches over to grab her phone from the nightstand. Timothée feels the frustration building up inside of him.

'Daisy you can't keep hiding this. You need to tell somebody if you want it to go away. Or else you'll just eventually explode.' Timothée says this but Daisy dismisses him as she reads the texts on her phone.
