Arriving in New York after bidding her family farewell Daisy couldn't help but hope to find Timothée waiting at her doorstep with flowers and a few sweet words so they could kiss and make up. But she knew things didn't work out so smoothly in the real world. Being an actress made her believe in fairytales and fantasies a little too much, but her brother was quick to let her know that this wasn't a movie and Timothée was not showing up.
'Daisy if you really like him or whatever than talk to him, it's not like he can read your mind and he'll come waltzing over here.' Says Kaden frustratedly as they enter the house greeted by Andrew and some of the staff at the house. Kaden did not enjoy having relationship talks with Daisy but Timothée had started to warm up to him after meeting him in Los Angeles and he would rather have his sister date him then some douche bag he didn't approve of.
'Kaden you don't need to give me guy advice I can handle this on my own.' Daisy retorts walking up the stairs to her room and far away from Kaden as possible. Kaden just stands in the living room dumb founded. 'Girls.' He mutters before following her up the stairs and going into his own room.
Daisy couldn't stop thinking about him, he hurt her and she was mad at him but after her father's wise words she couldn't help but want to reach out to him again. It only seemed fair that she try and clear the tension between them. There must have been a reason why he showed up at her house every day of Christmas Break. Of course the obvious reason would be that he had feelings for her, feelings he couldn't shake but Daisy wasn't going to get her hopes up again so instead she stayed put in her house and decided against calling him to figure things out.

daisycohen: but how is sorry going to change anything? you say you like me you kiss me you fly to Los Angeles to be there for me you say you won't go back to New York without me then we get back to New York and you're seeing another girl how is that fair to me?
tchalamet: you're right It wasn't fair I was such a fucking asshole to you I have been since the start and I just really want us to work
daisycohen: yeah well, I don't want to talk to you if you're interested in another girl
tchalamet: I'm not interested in Lily We ended our thing It meant nothing it was just my way of trying to move on from you But I can't move on from you. It's impossible because my feelings for you are just too strong and they keep getting stronger
daisycohen: I don't know what to say. I just.. I don't want to get hurt again
tchalamet: what if I promise not to hurt you again?
daisycohen: that's a big promise Timothée
tchalamet: yeah.. well.. what if I tell you that I won't let fear get in the way of my decisions And that I'll cherish you and care for you and give you my all
daisycohen: I'd like that a lot But how am I supposed to trust that you won't go running in the other direction again?
tchalamet: I guess you just have to believe that I won't
daisycohen: meet me at the coffee place we love tomorrow then we'll talk about all of this
tchalamet: YESSS Omg that's more than I could have asked for
daisycohen: but under one condition. No talk about friendship. I don't want to just be your friend
tchalamet: Trust me when I say that that's completely fine with me I don't want to just be your friend either
