#24 Skylar's Mom Part II (Skylar)

HEY! I know i havent written in a while but i was waiting for my 30 reads ...and when i got them, i was busy...so... you know how that goes. 

So heres the deal. 

I'm gonna write this chapter and I wont be updating this time until i get 25 reads. 

So, tell your friends, family, fans, OH MY GOD THEY ALL START WITH F!!

"Skylar..." her mother said, stepping closer to her.

Skylar just stood there, looking at the floor so that her eyes wouldn't have to meet with her mother's.

Her mother pushed her chin up so that Skylar's plan would fail her.

"Skylar. You tell me right now what you are talking about, Or i will take away anything that ever meant something to you. Do you understand me?" her mom raised her voice.

Skylar sighed. She had so much stuff that you can never replace. She's got nothing to lose if she tells her anyways...

"For the past...couple of years...I have been going over Sophie's house a lot...sometimes we were studying, but..mostly, we were doing covers of songs that we really love with our band, The Neon Cupcakes. It's me, Sophie, Candace, Becka, and Valerie. And we also won the seventh grade talent show..." Skylar said, trying to speak, but she was too scared to.

"How did you get your drum set there?" her mom asked, anger filling her eyes. 

"Remember when you told me to throw out my drum set in sixth grade because i had to focus more on school and the girls helped me out? Well, we brought it all over to Sophie's garage, and set up all our instruments there. And that was our headquarters from then on." Skylar said, her heart racing.

"I cant believe this. HOW COULD YOU. And what about One Direction? How did that happen?" her mom screamed.

"Well, last week, when I told you i was going to an after-school program at school that was going to be on really late, we went to this cafe in Madison Square Garden in Manhattan where they had an open-mic jam to perform. We just wanted to see how our band did with a different type of audience. So when we were playing, it turned out that One Direction had just walked in, after their concert, because Niall wanted to eat, BADLY. And they saw us, and told us they were looking for a opening act on their American Tour, where they go to every state for a week and perform for the America audience. And they asked if we could audition for them at Sophie's house today and interview us. And they are going to show their manager today, and All the girls are giving their parents a heads up about it, just in case we get it." Skylar finally took a breath from that whole speech.

Her mom just stood there.

"Well? aren't you going to say something?" Skylar asked.

"You betrayed me. I cant belive you. When your father comes home, I will discuss this with him and you will be in big trouble." her mom said, starting to go upstairs.

But before she could get to the third step, she said "And you could forget about your stupid tour."

Skylar just stood there, speechless.

She has everything to lose.
