Still surprising us, Bells

"Bella, I had a vision that Irina is to pay us a visit soon. Her sisters have convinced her to amends with us, and put all wolf business to rest." Alice finally spills to everyone.

I'm certainly glad for the run down Alice gave me a while back on vampire business, rules, and family drama.

She thought it made sense to give me the information, since it seems I'm permanently in Ren's life, and that I should be in the loop. How glad I am for that now.

I know who Irina is because she was at Bella's wedding, and Alice told me who each one of the Denali clan was, referring back to the wedding night.

"How long do we have, Alice?" Carlisle asks in an all business tone.

"She will be here the day after tomorrow. Emmet will be watching a baseball game when she arrives. She should be gone by dawn the following day, but I don't believe the danger is going to leave with her." Alice looks very uncomfortable under Edward's scrutiny after her last sentence.

"Alice, we will figure it out. Bella needs more time, and we will give her what we can." Edward reaches for Bella's free hand while standing next to the couch we both occupy.

"How will the danger not leave with her, Alice? You will see every time someone wants to visit, so they could hide her until she's matured fully." Rosalie says as if she is the smartest person in the room. I thought it did make sense, though. Until I heard what Alice had to say.

"Rosalie, I can not see anything that will cross paths with Renesmee.

"The only reason I see Irina arriving this time is because Renesmee would have been out of the house at the time of her visit, anyways. Irina doesn't know of her to expect to see her. Taking her away to be hid is only a precaution. This time at least.

"What would happen if Irina did see her, though? You know the Denali sister's mother was killed for creating an immortal child.

"What happens when someone decides to visit us, and that person is to cross paths with Renesmee? She could be out hunting, or playing with Seth. It doesn't matter what she is doing, really. I would not see them decide to come if it meant they would inevitable see Renesmee no matter our efforts.

"We have no reason to assume they would come to ask us questions before running Aro immediately.

"You are also assuming we know what she will be like when she is fully matured. We know nothing except how she is right now, and how she has been since she was born. There is no rule book on her contu-

"Enough, Alice. We know you are worried, but Renesmee understands what you are saying right now. If you can not rationally discuss then find a place to calm down, my child." Carlisle says in soothing tones while I'm assuming Jasper is working his gift at its fullest ability.

Jasper looks rather worried, but so does everyone else. I'm assuming Alice doesn't have those out burst very often, if ever. I understand, though. She's stressed because she is use to relying on her visions.

Nobody is sure how to protect Ren, and it puts a strain on everyone.

"Alice is right, guys. I know what we have to do, though." Bella says as if she's resigning herself, and all of us, to some unknown fate.
