" I can't believe it Mari! After telling you everything that happened with him. He again tangles me with his lies. He took me to his room again, and everything was so great again, and then... bam!! He leaves me! And goes with her." I take a long exhale and I'm able to breathe a little and pretend like I don't feel devastated, angry, and completely disappointed with myself... How did I go from been kidnaped, rescued, and now having feelings for this man? My new captor.

" Oh hunny it's ok! If sexy Marcus would've done the same thing, I would probably fall for him, not once or twice, but as many times as humanly possible" She wiggles her eyebrows up and down

Finally I start to feel a little calm... there's no reason for me to feel so emotional, he never made any promises to me. We aren't together we are nothing but complete strangers that got lost in the moment. Still... I had to promised myself as soon as he comes back, we would have to figure how to not let this feelings between us happen again. If we both decided to continue with this, we would have to make some changes.

Mia

After Samuel left, I imagined he would be back in an hour. After the hour... I kept on counting the days. A be month has passed and he hasn't came back.

"Mari, did you get any information of where he is? or when he's coming back?"

Every time I get the courage to asks about him, I feel dumb. Especially because it seems like no one wants to tell me what's going on.

" Oh sweetie! Nobody says much. Only that there's going to be some new guy. He's going to come finish the new watering system for the farm side of Samuel property." She comes to sit near me and hugs me trying to comfort me.

"I think I should just go to Francisco, and ask him again. I just... need to know if he's ok."

Mari nods and smiles at me. But doesn't say anything else to me. I sometimes wonder if she know information and just can't say anything to me.

Getting ready to give up after searching for Francisco through out the property, and getting to where the farm side is, and I finally find him.

" Mia, I have been looking for you. I want to introduce you to Fernando. He's in charge of the watering system te project for Samuel. He will be in and out of the mansion, and I thought it's best to introduce you both."

As he explains who they guys is, I wonder why would Samuel send someone to finish his project, and not come back and do it himself? This is so awkward of him.

"Fernando this is Mia, She's a friend of Samuel, his family, and a current guest here in the mansion." He says.

I'm so lost in my thoughts that I awkwardly turn towards Fernando and can't speak.

"Hi" He says, sweetly.

I'm still not able to understand what's going on. Where is Samuel and why would he put someone else in charge of such an important project to him?

Finally, I extend my hand for him to shake. "Hi I'm Mia." I say, and finally look at him.

He is the complete oposite of Samuel. Were Samuel gives a strong bossy vibe, this guy seems calm and friendly. He has dark tone skin brown eyes, dark hair, tall, and muscles everywhere, just like Samuel.

"Nice to meet you Mia"  He says and smiles.

All I can do is think that he seems like a really nice,gorgeous guy, with two sexy dimples! And a sparkle in his eyes.

Walking back to my room and as I pass Samuels room, and my mind plays the scenes for me. Him kissing me, holding me, and playing with my hair. Does he even remember me? Again my mind goes in and plays the scenes that I don't and shouldn't remember. The ache always makes me think more of him. Is he with her? Are they happy?  The realization hits me. The man I'm obsessing about, the one that invades my dreams... he chose her and not me. The image in front of me change as my eyes are full of tears. I know there's no way I can continue to stay in this place.
