Waking up, I was scared of opening my eyes, and not finding him here with me. But he was already awake and looking at me with an expression on his face, that I hadn't seen before.

We decided to get out of our room to eat breakfast. Samuel was really quiet, I think he regretting what had happened between us. Maybe in his mind he didn't believe when I told him that nothing had happened between Fernando and I. Not that we, hadn't tried. but, well... he doesn't needs to know that part.

As we're sitting looking at our menus, distracting us, from our current situation, when we get interrupted.

"Oh... my God!.. Well good morning Samuel!" We turned to find Rosie, sitting with a lady, and a guy next to our table.

" Diego, and Amanda. How are you guys?" Samuel asks.

The ladies both eye me and quickly look back at each other.  I wondered which one did Samuel dated or fucked. Probably the latter... Mari had mentioned and Fernando confirmed, Samuel hadn't ever had a steady relationship.

After their moment of shaking hands and the girls hugging Samuel, Diego started asking questions. I was sure by the look on their faces, they were dying to know who I was.

"Rosie mentioned she saw you here, but we thought you might've left.  With most of the conferences done and all" the guy asks, turns and stares at my cleavage a little too long for my liking.

Samuel wasn't happy when the questions started. I knew for a fact Samuel detested gossip. It is one of the things he would punish his employees for doing. Giving that he is a famous billionaire. He couldn't have people going around the mansion talking about his personal life.

"Today, is actually my last day here. I'll be heading back tomorrow." He answers, and clears his throat. Of course he saw what the guy has been staring at.

Well... at least I got this new information. I had to start packing tonight. For some reason, I detested the packing and unpacking. I wondered what I thought of it before...

As they continued with their conversation and catching up on what projects had each of them busy. By the conversation they had, I was guessing they all knew each other for a long time. After a while they turned the conversation to when they were younger. Of course, they had been so anxiously waiting to tell me all about the teenage love story between Samuel and Rosie. How he had the biggest crush on her, but every time they met either of them had being dating someone else. Making it impossible to consider anything between them.

After hours of the same kind of talk... finally, Samuel decided, it was ok to introduce me to them.

"Mia, is currently a guest of mine at the mansion. She's studying business, and might be applying for a position within one of my companies."

What. The. Fuck!?

I really didn't know what to say to his introduction. Amanda, which I also found out was Rosie's cousin and best friend, interrupted my thoughts.

"Oh... well, that explains a lot. We thought you were here with Talía. Your fiancée?" When she says the last part, she turns to look at my reaction.

Oh honey nothing here, to look at. But thanks for the information, because well... things just got more interesting! Was all I could think but decided it was best to keep it to myself. I guessed Samuel, and everyone at the mansion forgot to mentioned to me that he was engaged?

"As you might remember Amanda, I don't really enjoy gossip. Much less having to explain my private life. I'm going to let this one slide, considering our families and our friendship, as everyone suspected the relationship between Talía and I, has finally ended"
