The run through goes pretty smoothly and everyone's up to speed with the set list change and how its affecting the lighting etc . Given their arguing earlier the brothers have gotten on with the work regardless much to the relief of all involved. Leto rifts are notorious and last for ages, interfering in everything and unintentionally involving everyone and anyone that says the wrong thing at the wrong time . Jared has been particularly hard on shannon today and strangely enough creepily nice to me. I mean don't get me wrong but we are best friends, I'd probably class him as my closest friend here and we tell each other most things and have a laugh or a cry etc, but today hes just been weird. Ever since our joker Harley moment and its put me on edge a bit if I'm honest. I've never thought of Jay in that way and I still don't. I mean I'm not blind, hes fucking stunning but its Jay, Jared, my goofy boss. It's just a nono. But several times today I've caught him staring at me, and not just checking in, more like checking me out. God I sound bigheaded.....but I mean like checking out my ass or watching me really closely. Its freaking weird. I wonder if he said sommat to shan earlier. I wish it were time to wrap up I just want some time alone with him. Watching him on those drums does things to a girl and I fancied some banging of my own. Jared decided though it would be nice to have a meal catered for us all here seen as we were kicking off the tour here tomorrow. So we were all gonna be stuck here till whenever. Don't get me wrong it's really sweet and he organised and paid for all the food and a shitload of booze too. Hes a generous guy when he has to be.
The catering guys had set up tables and benches all around where the seating will be tomorrow and it was a buffet style food so everyone was milling about chatting and grabbing food. I could still feel joker eyes on me but managed to get a few minutes with shan at one of the buffet tables.
" hey little bit...u ok, I've barely seen you since the closet and I'm getting antsy. I want those sweet lips on mine this is killing me. " he stacks up his plate to avoid suspicion. " u trying to fuel up there cowboy. Preserving energy for some hard work later on" I giggle and bump hips with him. " God I hope so baby. Please say I can come to your room once everyone's settled." I nod quietly." U ok jez " he looks concerned." Mmhmm I just.....hmm never mind...well.. has Jared seemed off to you today? Hes been acting weird with me and it's kinda leery. Ever since I challenged his joker this morning".
Shannon burst out laughing. " I think the bossman just realised why some folks call you jezebel. You know what hes like dominant freak that he is. you got his dick all twitching when you went all sexy Harley on him. I warned him off but I did notice him leering earlier. I can have a word baby."
My face was scarlet and I just left my plate of food and shannon at the table.i had to get out of there. It was like fight or flight. I panicked and didn't know why. I went straight to the hotel and found my way to the minibar In my room. Fueled by the few Jack's I'd had at the arena i was half pissed when i heard voices come along the hall. I heard a quiet chap at the door then another and another till I heard the keycard click and the door open.
"Jessica.....can I come in please." Came the voice behind the door. "I have shannon with me...I'm not alone and I'm not gonna harass you at all. I just need to speak to you please?"
I'm slightly worse for wear right now and can't be bothered with him....wait did he say shannon was with him...now that's a different story...oh shit wait....something in my drink muddled brain says I shouldn't jump shannon while baby bro is there. Fuck that's no fun......" Jessica.......can you hear us"

" Jay by the looks of it shes pretty wasted so you ain't gonna apologise tonight bro. Just leave her to it. She sorted me out so I will make sure shes not gonna choke on her vomit if she crashes out. Only fair I return the favour."
He agrees this is probably a good idea and thanks me for it. If only he knew. I can't jump her as soon as he leaves incase he heads back so I actually do try and settle her in the bed as she almost asleep now but she keeps trying to pull me in with her and for a little thing she is kinda strong.
I give in and lay beside her still fully clothed. She seems happy to just be able to snuggle in and is spark out in a matter of minutes. I make sure she is comfy and head to the couch to watch a bit of TV. Its just as well I did as the door chapped gently again and Jay had returned to make sure she was ok and was I sure I didn't mind staying with her. I thought I'd finally gotten rid of him when he popped his head back in the room with that quizzical look he gets when hes onto something...."bro....how the fuck did you just happen to have a spare keyboard for her room anyway?"
Shit shit shit think fast Leto......."oh when Kyle found me and called her to say he was gonna bring me back she called to reception to ask it be left so that I wasn't down there for any length of time causing any embarrassment ya know"....
That seemed to do the trick and he said he was heading out for the night to meet up with one of his randoms he has in most cities we visit. I watched him jump in a taxi discreetly from the window and texted him to say to let me know if he would be back to leave together tomorrow or if he would just meet us at the arena. He texted immediately to say just to meet him there as he had a night of it planned. That suited me down to the ground and I settled down to finish the show I had gotten into until the little drunken one sobered up a bit.
