"B!?" A voice rang through her head the scene of her father reaching towards her faded as bright lights take the place of the rotten flesh finger tips that were headed towards her face.
The bright lights were blinding as she opened her eyes. At first there was nothing but pure white but soon she realized that she wasn't dead, nor was she back home but instead she was laying on her back in a bed.
"Are you alright? Can you hear me?" The light went out and B looked up at the voice to see Stella standing above her with a flash light.
"Get away from me!" B yelped and tried to get up but a blistering head ache replaced her fear with pain. She clenched her teeth together as the pain spread throughout her body.
"Is she okay?" Another voice popped up from beside her this time is was a mans his voice was rough but familiar.
"Mason?" B mumbled her head still feeling as if it was splitting in half. She tried once more to get up but was pushed back down onto the soft bed.
"Yes she will be find but I believe she has a concussion." Stella's voice was still enough to nerve B but she stayed still not wanting the pain to return.
" She really just knocked her self out like that?" A new voice caught B's attention and she knew immediately that it was Ethan.
"Yea she saw my eye and just flipped. Why didn't you tell her about us?" Stella questioned making B even more confused then she was before.
The memories were blurring together of which was real and which was fake. She felt as if this was some big delusion that she was stuck in without having a way out.
"They didn't need to know...I thought that it would all be over by now." He replied to her his voice almost sounded ashamed.
"Well it's spread it might take a little longer if anyone in the government is still alive." She sounded almost angry but there was a hint of worry in her voice.
B listened the best she could but she couldn't really tell what was going on. The head ache seemed to make it's way to her the back of her left eye.
"Are you sure she's going to be okay?" Ethan asked worry filled his tone. B felt a hand rest on top of her forehead. She winced not knowing who it was.
"She has a low fever but that should pass. she was in the infected room," Stella said taking her hand away from B's face.
"Did she get it?" Mason asked peaking B's curiosity up even throughout the blistering migraine she managed to stay intune with the conversation that was being held around her.
"We won't find out until she can open her eyes," Stella answered. " do you want to stay with her or do you want me to?" She questioned as B felt somebody touch her left hand. B yanked it away at the thought of Stella touching her or even being near her.
"You can-leave" B said the hatefulness in her voice showed to its full extent. She still laid there her eye held shut as she waited for a reply.
"I'll be back tonight hopefully you'll be feeling better. Oh and you're welcome I could have just left you." The reply that b got back was just as hateful as B was being. She no longer cared about others feelings and Stella just showed that she could be just as ruthless.
B heard the footsteps disappear the feeling of relief washed over her just knowing that Stella was gone made her feel so much better.
"What the hell were you thinking?" Mason was close to her ear whisper yelling at B who winced in pain at the sudden noise.
" why would you run from somebody who was trying to help you?she's still human," mason finished and then backed up his frustration was made clear to those in the room.
