A/N: I'll marry you if you get the reference of the title--

The two had placed their orders and Jack seemed stressed as they waited. Andy was extremely curious about what happened between his uncle and the entire incident he had stated occurred earlier that day, now that the boy read his uncle's facial expression. "U-Uncle Jack?" he asked out of curiosity in the middle of their conversation.

"Yes, sugar?" Jack replied, stirring the drink he ordered with the straw that was given to him.

"What happened earlier? You said you got into a crash and it has me worried now."

Jack blinked out of the trance he was having as he watched the contents of the drink mix in a circular motion, looking back over at Andy. "Don't worry about it, Andy. It's okay."

"Uncle, tell me. You told me that already. Please, I can handle it."

"Andy..."

"Please." Andy crossed his arms a little, making his statement stern. "I just wanna know."

"I'll tell you later..." Jack only replied softly and hesitantly, returning to fidgeting with the straw. "I don't want people around us getting worried."

Andy sighed in defeat, taking a sip of his soda. He thought for a moment, his azure eyes looking at the fine table, unsure of what to say next.

"So... you were telling me about your girlfriend," Jack teased after an awkward moment of silence, looking back up and at Andy again.

"She's not my girlfriend."

"Well, tell me about her some."

Andy thought for a moment again, trying to think of nice things to say about Ava. "She's definitely really tricky. She asked if I'd help you off a horse, and then rephrased it to 'I'd help my uncle jack off a horse'."

Jack laughed a little, "That's classic! How'd you fall for that one?"

"Because! I'm vulnerable like that." Andy shook his head a bit. "I'd actually help you off a horse, not in that way, of course. But anyways..."

"How pretty do you think she is?"

The young boy blushed. "She's pretty cute, yeah. I don't have any chances, though."

"Oh, yes, you do!" Jack insisted, "Go get that girl!"

Andy laughed in embarrassment, his face turning a deep red. "No!! We've known each other for literally a day!!"

"But you have her cell, don't you?"

The boy stopped, hesitating. "...Yes...?"

"So, you like her, basically."

"Yes, I do!!"

"Invite her over. Or meet her somewhere."

"But where?!" Andy panicked a bit, having a small anxiety attack, "That's embarrassing, especially if you've only known her for ONE DAY!!"

Jack laughed again. "How about down the road?"

Andy was taking a sip of his soda when his uncle said this, and he ended up spitting some back in the cup from surprise. "You mean... invite her to the darn Westwood road?! Gosh, I can get kidnapped or something!! Isn't the crime rate in the neighbourhood, like, 170% higher than the national average or something?!"

"Andy, Andy, calm down... you're not going to get kidnapped." Jack was a little amused by how frightened Andy was, but he was also worried at the same time. "I'm sure you'll be okay if you do invite her sometime."

"But her dad... her dad shot me a scary look when she was picked up today!"

"That's just how dads are. That's how I am, in fact, with you and all."

Andy giggled a little bit, a bit calmed down after he heard what Jack said. "That's nice of you... but still, I just don't know if I'm ready yet."

"That's okay. I'm sure you'll get to that time when you're ready."

"Okay, Uncle Jack..."

The waitress brought their food over and they said their 'thank you's, beginning to eat as they continued their conversation.

"Uncle Jack?"

"Yes, Andy?"

"Do you think I'll ever get a girlfriend?"

Jack chuckled, "I'm sure of it. You're very handsome for your age, Andy, and I think Ava likes you back by what you're telling me."

"You think?" Andy giggled after he swallowed some ravioli. "Do you think we'd be cute together?"

"Definitely!"

Andy smiled brightly, "Wow! That makes me feel better."

"So, are you going to invite her over sometime?"

"I might, yes!"

"Good boy!" Jack half-joked, chuckling again. "When y'all get married in the future, I'm going to yell 'I TOLD YOU SO!' as you read your vows. Just wait and see."

Andy blushed a little, shaking his head as he smiled brightly, sauce on his lip. "Awh, noooooooo! I dunno if we'll get married!"

Jack reached over and wiped the sauce away from Andy's lip, grinning to himself as Andy giggled. "I'm sure you will, if you love each other now."

"I hope she does..." Andy's face remained a light pink as he quietly spoke, "I think she's reeeeaaaally cute, Uncle Jack..."

"Exactly! Start saving for a ring."

Andy laughed again, shaking his head more. "You wish."

"Ask tomorrow if she wants to visit or hang out outside of school."

Andy choked a little on his ravioli, clearly surprised. "It's too early?"

"For just a hangout? Loser."

"UGH, fine!"

"No, you don't have to, I'm just joking around," Jack chuckled, finishing his plate.

"Really? Because now I want to."

"Then do it!"

"Okay!" Andy giggled, finishing his food quickly. The two left the money and tip on the table with the signed bill, leaving and heading home to get ready for Andy's 'date' the next day.
