Andy opened his black-and-blue chest in the corner of his room, revealing all of his 'fun stuff', as he liked to call it. There were Batman toys, CDs, and other things. "Well, we have all of this! Or, we can go downstairs and find something to do!"
Ava looked amused. She giggled, "You really, really like Batman." She stretched a little and rubbed her eyes, blinking to refocus her vision. "My dad likes Batman... the nice dad."
"Really? That's so cool!" Andy dug through his pile of Batman action figures on the left side of his chest and pulled out a very special-seeming one. "This one is from the 1970s! That's around the time when my uncle was born!" He laughed softly and set it on his dresser, closing his chest. He glanced back at Ava, "I'd show you more, but I don't wanna bore you! Come, let's go downstairs." He stood up straight and opened the door for her, gesturing for her to go through.
Ava walked through the door and looked around. "Red and black and white. Interesting." She headed down the stairs with Andy following close behind, the girl examining every crook and cranny as she walked down. "I love the aesthetic of this place, Andy. I think it's really cool."
"Thank you! Well, you should be telling my uncle that. I'll tell him later." He led her to the sofa and sat her down. "Hold on." Andy dashed into the kitchen and grabbed some milk, pouring it quickly and taking a large gulp out of it. He walked back into the living room with a large milk moustache on his face, and he stood tall and looked around in an imitating way. "Good evening."
Ava kicked her leg up and laughed, "You sound just like Mr Marron!" She gasped for air from laughing so much, "You're so funny, Andy!!"
"I forgot to take my pills before I left, so don't piss me off today, class," Andy continued in that stupid voice, grabbing a pen from off of the coffee table and threw it at the wall. "STOP ZONING OUT, JIMMY!"
Ava was laughing incredibly hard now. She leaned forward and cackled, unable to control it. "It's so accurate!" she wheezed, her face a deep red. "Stop it!"
"Next person to talk is getting a write-up!" Andy continued, pretending like he was writing on a whiteboard. "Find the measure of a negative angle coterminal with thirteen-pi over nine radi— " He swiftly turned around, "ONE MORE TIME, CODY!! ONE MORE TIME!!"
Ava shook her head and let out a low wheeze. "Stop it, Andy! I can't breathe!"
Andy giggled and set the glass of milk down on the coffee table, plopping down on the sofa beside Ava. He wiped off his lip and chuckled. "I just wanted to make you laugh! I thought it was funny."
The girl caught her breath and relaxed into the sofa. "You really know how to make a girl happy, Andy," she giggled and cuddled into him a little. "What can I do for you?"
Andy blushed and glanced over at her. "F-For me?" he questioned, his insides turning into jelly. "What do you mean?"
"I can do just about anything." Ava giggled in THAT tone again, cuddling into Andy more. "Tell me absolutely anything."
Just in time, Jack walked into the living room to see the two on the sofa and the glass of milk on the coffee table. "Oh, Andrew." He took the glass and sipped on the milk. "What are you two doing? Uh-oh."
Andy shook his head quickly. "I-It's not what you think. We're just chilling."
"Alright..." Jack raised his eyebrows and walked into the kitchen with the rest of the milk.
"What did you mean by... 'not what you think'?" Ava asked, looking up at Andy. "I swear, if you thought I was suggesting—"
"I was not!" Andy insisted, pouting a little. He folded his arms and furrowed his eyebrows, keeping that angry look.
"Awe. You look adorable." Ava sat up and touched his lips gently with one finger. "I think that's one of the cutest things you've ever done."
"I am NOT cute!" Andy argued still, pouting again and making a little 'hmph' sound. He looked away with his eyes and continued to fuss, his face remaining a light pink.
"Yes, you are." Ava leaned in closer, just so that their bodies weren't even an inch apart.
"No, I am N—"
Ava suddenly smashed her lips against Andy's, causing Andy to let out a loud whine in response. Andy was completely caught off guard, and when he felt the other's lips against his, he blushed deeply and tried to figure out a way to kiss back. The kiss was awkward, but it was enough to remark it as their first. Ava pulled away with a loud smack sound after a moment, catching her breath quickly again and smiling at Andy. "Damn. Was that your first kiss?"
Andy's eyes were a little wide, but he managed to lightly nod. "Yes, it was..."
Ava giggled. "Awe. Your first kiss was with me."
Jack rushed into the living room when he heard the whine, looking between Andy and Ava protectively. "Is everything okay?!"
Ava groaned and sunk back into the sofa as Andy replied respectfully, "Yes, Uncle Jack. E-Everything is okay," with a small squeak. Jack nodded and walked away, and Andy sighed.
"Is he always like that?" Ava asked, looking back over at Andy.
"Ehh... half-and-half. He's sometimes very lenient, and then he's shielding at other times. He's weird." Andy giggled weakly, still shaken by what just happened.
Ava sensed his worrying and she smiled softly, getting up. "I see. Can we go to bed? I'm exhausted."
Andy nodded, standing up as well and leading her back upstairs. He changed into pyjamas in the bathroom as Ava got settled into the bed. He walked into his bedroom and curled up on his bed beside Ava, smiling brightly as he reached over and turned off his lamp.
"Goodnight, Andy," Ava whispered, hiding her face in him as they cuddled close.
Andy blushed again, but he relaxed and cuddled into her as well. "Goodnight..."
