"THIS SCENARIO HAS VILLAINS INSIDE THE BUILDING FIRST!" All might explained.
"The heroes will be let in five minutes later and everyone can watch as it unfolds in the observation room!"
"This will allow young Bakugou and young Iida to get inside the heads of villainkind! This is a practical training exercise ! So go all out and don't fear injuries! Naturally we'll cut short if things get out of hand.."

"Even if this is just an exercise , it pains me to be a villain.." Iida whined , "Though I just need to defend this thing" Iida stopped talking , to observe the nuke closely. "It's paper mâché" He said , while sniffing it.
"So that bastard's got a speed quirk , eh?!"
"Bakugo , that kind of language is not tolarated---"
"SHUT UP FOUR EYES" Bakugo yelled.
"You saw his speed didn't you? but...You'll charge at Amamiya anyway , won't you...?" With that , Bakugou left a disappointed Iida alone to guard the nuke.

"You too , Uraraka!"
"Hm.....A layout map of the building...Guess we have to commit it to our memory. Though it doesn't seem like there are any penalties like with Aizawa sensei. I'm relieved."
"h-hah" Akio started to panic. "Bakugo beats me physically...Even now , I'm sure he'll come after me..."
"Don't worry! You'll do just fine!"
"B-by the way , the Nuke's on the fifth floor, how do we get it?"
"Well , there aren't any windows so.."
As realization hit both of them , they knew they had to charge head on.
"AND START!!" All Might's voice echoed through the speakers was Amamiya and Uraraka sprinted towards the building.
The building was quite simple yet complex. A lot of tiny congested corridors , all identical to each other, painted dull gray walls , old flickering lights , rusty doorknobs and handles , dirty marble tiles and explosion marks.
Wait. Explosion marks?
"GOTCHA FRIZZY HAIR" Bakugo yelled as he jumped on the duo , from behind another corridor.
Akio dodged just in time , pulling the fire the fire away from Bakugou.
"That wasn't manly at all!!" Kirishima yelled in he observation room.
"But he is playing the villain.." Mina said.
"Ambushing is a great tactic to gain an upper hand on your opponent using the element of surprise!" Evangelion advised.
"Your teammate's really disappointed in you , Bakugo" Akio said continuously dodging every one of Bakugo's blows , pulling the fire away from him. Kinda like Izaya but without the knife as to not hurt anybody.
While Akio engaged Bakugo , Uraraka had snuck past him to go on to the fifth floor.
"NOW I'M PISSED!!" Bakugo charged aggressively but cautiously towards Amamiya only to get an explosion to his face.
