Angela's POV

Austin's and Marc's eyes widen extremely. I try my hardest to hide my smile.

Austin takes me by the arm and walks away from Marc. "What the fuck are you saying, huh?"

"He's not into me, I've been telling you all this time," I reply.

"What do you mean? He was looking for you today, he was asking me where you were."

"I saw him with another girl."

"Oh big deal Angela, you can't expect him to stay away from girls. Stop overthinking."

"They both came out of the bathroom together. Now explain that."

His eyes narrow as he looks to the side. "Which girl?"

"I don't know, I haven't seen her before, she's Asian."

"Ohhhh. Ok, let me talk to him first. Don't you dare ruin this. After everything you've done, going along with this plan is the least you can do."

I clench my eyes shut, he always reminds me of the past and how much I've ruined his life. It's so annoying because he never forgets it, no matter how much I try to make it better. I open my eyes then nod at him. "Ok."

"Good, now enjoy your night sis." With a smile Austin leaves me, taking Marc along with him.

I want to cry. Not because of Matt but because of Austin and what happened in the past. I cover my face with my hands, ugh what I'll do for it to have never happened.

"Are you okay?" I hear a girl say nearby.

"Oh yeah, it's just my brother." I move my hand away from my face and look at the girl.

As soon as I see her face I want to kick myself.

It's the same girl that was with Matt.

"I'm an only child and I've always wanted a brother but if yours is causing you problems then I'm glad that I don't have one." She starts laughing lightly to herself.

"I wish I was an only child." I avoid eye contact with her but I can't help but glance every now and again.

"So have you only got one brother?"

"Nope, I've got an older sister too. I'm the youngest."

"Aww, that's cute."

"It really isn't, I hate them both."

She laughs some more. "I'm sure that in a few days time you'll love them again."

I look at her and hold it. "Really?" I say sarcastically with a light laugh.

"This is totally off topic but you're so gorgeous. Everything about you is perfect."

I smile at her. "At least someone has complimented me today, thank you."

"Don't say that, I'm sure a lot of people want to compliment you but are probably just too shy to say anything." Ugh why is she so nice, I should be hating her.

"Aww girl, you're really pretty yourself, do you have a boyfriend or anything like that?"

"Oh no, I've never really had one."

"No, you must be lying."

She starts laughing. "Nope, I promise."

"I'm so surprised at that. So are you close to anyone who could be a potential boyfriend?"

"Nope, not really."

This girl is irritating me, why is she lying? I can't be bothered trying to get it out of her stubbly I'm going to ask her straight up. "Sorry, what was your name again?"
