Thanom saw that the wounds keep bleeding, he then said. "We need to stabilize and reduce bleeding wounds before treating the injury." Kiet, rinses the wound with a sterile solution, before cleaning it to remove bacteria and debris.

Doctor Kiet did explore the wound after administering general or localized anesthesia to remove foreign bodies and determine the extent of the injury. When he was certain at the wound damage at abdomen, then they perform a emergency surgery to damage tissue.

"Doc, the patient heart and blood pressure is not stable." Nurse Preeda said.

"Monitor his blood pressure and temperature." Thanom said. Preeda do what Thanom said. While doing operation, suddenly, Narong heart beat suddenly stopped. Thanom was startled and daze. He was shocked and stopped from moving, his hand suddenly shaking. Kiet saw his face and immediately pushed him back, Kiet put bag valve mask to Narong mouth and pump it. Then he do CPR.

Sonchai and other members of his group was waiting outside the surgery room.

Nurse Preeda came out from the room, and run, her face was panicking, and Sonchai was startled by her. looking at the nurse back, Sonchai knees suddenly become weak. He then kneeled in front of his group. Aat immediately support him and said. "Don't worry, everything will be okay. Be strong for him."

A minute later, Preeda got back with a bags of blood. Narong experience significant blood loss, and Kiet ordered to do blood transfusion. After saving him from death, Thanom get back to his sense and help Kiet again, both of them do their best.

After an hour, finally the light become green, it's mean the surgery was done. Walking outside the room, Sonchai stand up from sitting on the ground and immediately run towards him. Kiet opened his mouth because Thanom still not into himself. "He was save now, we will move him to ICU."

Sonchai group finally calmed their hearts, but Sonchai still not calm, he then grabbed Kiet hand and pulled him from a far to the group and Thanom.

Kiet was surprised at first, because Sonchai is indeed shorty but he was actually this strong, he was strong enough to pulled Kiet. After a long walk, Sonchai saw the emergency exit stair and pushed him inside, Kiet's back was hit at the wall by Sonchai.

Sonchai grabbed his shirt collar and said. "Did you see it!?" he shouted.

Kiet looked around, before opening his mouth. "What are you talking about?"

"Don't pretend that you don't know!" Sonchai tightened his grip.

"Ohhh, are you referring on his mark?" Kiet smirked.

"If you shut up your mouth for what you have seen I let you live!" Sonchai glared at him with killing intent.

"Ayah, I'm so scared." Kiet acted like he scared but obviously he is mocking Sonchai, because even he tried to talk like that, it's not suitable on him, he still looks adorable and beautiful.

"Are you mocking on me?" Sonchai tried his best to be look more a Gangster. "Do you know who I am? I am the Leader of seven sins!"
