Journal of R. Hargreeves

Elizabeth

                             Number zero

Number zero is far too unpredictable, she is able to change her form to any being of her choosing, fire, lightning, water etc. It doesn't end. I should never have experimented on her in the first place. Her least threatening form is smoke. Therefore I will have number 3 make her believe that turning into smoke is her only ability.

Eliza dropped the book and sighed. It wasn't like she had anybody to be angry at since father was dead, she couldn't blame Allison because she was so young, and only doing what she was told. It didn't matter anyway because her powers were gone. Suddenly she heard footsteps. She stayed wallowing in her mind, it wasn't like she could escape. Pogo stood before her and sighed, "so you found out". Eliza simply nodded. Pogo wobbled over to the wall and pulled on one of the sconces, causing a compartment to open, he then pulled out a box. "Your father told me to give this to you if you were ever to discover the truth after he was gone", he sighed. Eliza opened the small box, inside was a syringe filled with a red liquid and a note

Dear Elizabeth,
If you are reading this, either I am dead, or you have discovered the truth. Around your 30th birthday, I discovered a way to recreate what I first did, the syringe encased along with this note, will give you your powers, at your full strength.

She was skeptical indeed, but she had lived her entire life having these powers, she was conflicted but she knew exactly who to ask. She stuffed the note, the journal, and the syringe back into the box and ran off to find five.

After reading all of the material, five raised his eyebrow. " it seems rather suspicious. Even if she weren't aware of any other powers. Woudlnt they have accidentally appeared at some point", he shook his head. "In my defense I was only ever focussing on smoke, not being a shapeshifter", Eliza retorted. " there's only one way to find out", she smirked, taking the syringe and injecting it into her arm.

"Holy shit you set the blanket on fire"
