Chapter Twenty Six

Y/n's POV

It was the weekend. Finally. No matter who asks me to hang out I am not leaving this bed. Unless Im getting food, obviously. Then my phone rang the caller ID read 'TaeTae'

Taehyung:
anyways, you doing anything today
im bored as helllllllll

Y/n:
nah son Im lonely today

Taehyung:
okay lets meet at the corner where
we depart after school

Y/n:

You ended the phone call and got ready. Remember that statement about not getting out of bed to hang with anyone?

Whatever, anyways. You got ready and left the house. You saw he was already there, "Oh juz what took you so long?" "Ho I'm still tired when you woke me up so early" you said "It's fucking 12 p.m. what you mean 'so early'" he said "Shut up okay where are we going?" you asked kicking some rocks "I don't know" he answered "Movie it is because apparentky you can't plan shit" you said "And your paying" you added. All he did was sigh.

We decided to watch a horror movie, which was probably one of the most terrible choices of my life. We were the only ones there so I wasn't disturbing anyone else when I'd scream. I was petrified. A jump scare was coming in a few minutes and I knew it, I started shaking and I held onto Taehyun's hand. I snuggled next to him trying to save myself when he started to stroke my hair "Shhh shh its okay its just a movie okay" he grabbed your chin to face you "You okay? It's just a movie okay, Im here don't be scared" you nodded. You guys stared at eachother for what felt like forever.

He started to lean in and you automatically started to aswell. WoAh wOaH whats going on iM nOt EvEn DoInG tHiS whaT tHe hEcK. You guys were so close you could feel his breath then BOOM! It happened, he leaned in and you kissed. It felt different from when Joowon kissed you, it felt great. You wanted to stay like that forever. You guys pulled away and stared at eachother. Jump scares and screaming was happening but you guys didn't even noticed. "I love you" he whispered and thats when it all stopped.

You didn't know what to do. Do you say it back? I'm not sure though. Do I love him? Isn't it too soon? You just stared at him "I- uh uhm" you couldn't talk. "Isn't it too soon?" you asked and his face dropped "Uh yeah you're right I don't- I don't know what I was thinking haha" he did a nervous laugh. "All I'm saying is" you sighed "Lets take it slow?" you said which seemed more like a question. Then his face lit up "Really?!" he asked "Yes?" you answered "Well" he cleared his throat and got off the chair and bent down on one knee.

"Would you, Y/n,  be my girlfriend?" he asked in the most extra voice ever, you decided to play along "Oh Taehyung of course!" you said in the most girliest voice ever and you both laughed "Well I pronounce us" he made a drumming noise "BOYFRIEND AND GIRLFRIENDD!!" he shouted "YAYY!!"  you shouted aswell. You guys both hugged, not caring that the movie theatre was literally filled with screams.

You guys didn't care and left during the movie. Hand in hand, side by side. Don't worry you weren't smiling and laughing while staring at eachother walking, too cheesy. You guys went to a bakery, and got muffins and cake pops. "I feel so unhealthy" you said eating a cake pop in one bite "But I really don't care" you added with a mouth full of cake. You guys spent the rest of the day together.

You've never felt so happy.

I think Im going to end this and Im sorry if it seemed like I rushed to get them to be a couple but it had to happen soon because we're already on 26. I'll probably end at 35 or something. <3
