"I- uhmm" you didn't know what to say "Uhmm- well" you just sighed "Uhm I'm sorry Joowon but-" you started then just ran a hand through your hair "I just- you know?" you asked, and he had a confused face "No, no I don't know" you sighed again "Jeez why you gotta make me explain" you muttered as you inhaled, "I don't really like you that way" you said and closed your eyes, "Its Taehyung isn't it?" he asked "What does he have that I don't" he sounded sad, but sounded like he was getting angry.
"What? no, no thats not the reason" you waved your hands "Y/n! Stop lying!" he shouted "I'm not! he's not the reason its just that.." you dragged your words "What! what is it?!" he yelled, which made you flinch "I just don't like you that way.." you said quietly, and he scoffed "Tell me, what does he have that I don't" he said with an angry tone "He's not even the reason.." you said "Y/n!" he grabbed your wrists.
"Stop! What does he have that I don't!" he kept shaking you while shouting, and you just stared with obvious fear in your eyes "Why can't you like me?" he started to sound sad "I-I'm sorry Joowon" you said, and he let you go pushing you back while scoffing, you saw slight tears welling up in his eyes "You're not sorry" he left and slammed the door. "What did I do?" you quietly asked yourself.
Taehyung's POV
Joowon came stomping in the cafeteria, he took Y/n a little ago, but where was Y/n? He looked like he was about to start crying, his eyes were red and so was his nose, what happened while they were gone?
Y/n's POV
I decided to go back to the cafeteria, once I entered I noticed Joowon looking really sad ugh Y/n. You walked to the table with your friends. "What happened?" Taehyung said "Joowon looks mad and sad" he asked, "Uhmm nothing" you said nodding you waved your hands signaling a 'nothing' then he saw your wrists, looks like he held your wrists harder than you thought because they were red on the cusp of turning purple.
"What's that?" Taehyung asked "Oh nothing" you said pulling down your sweater sleeve, "Woah woah buddy let us see" Minhee said "Its not important" you assured, then Taehyung grabbed your arm and pulled your sleeve down before you could stop him "What the hell is this!?" he asked "Woahh, when did that get there?" you tried acting innocent which wasn't working at all. "What happened to your wrists Y/n?" Jackson asked pretty serious "Hmm I'm not sure" you looked at them investigating as if its your first time seeing them.
"Y/n please" Taehyung begged "What happened?" he asked, you wanted to tell him but at the same time you just didn't "It's nothing really" you said calm "I'm fine! See" you smiled and pointed at it. Minhee sighed "Whatever you say" she shrugged it off "Okay" Taehyung slightly smiled. Then the bell rang, so now you had to go to class.
At the end of the day you and Joowon usually pass, today he didn't acknowledge you and hit you in the shoulder. All I did was reject him? WhY iS hE sO dRaMaTiC?! you thought. You started walking with Taehyung like you always do after school "Y/n, will you ever tell me what happened?" he asked "Someday" you said smiling "Maybe.." you teased "What do you mean maybe!!!" he slightly shouted and you laughed "I was just kidding." you guys talked for like 2 minutes until you had to turn. "Goodbye~" he said "bye" you said back
"Well this day was- certainly something" you muttered to yourself.
