It's been a week since the crazy gala event. Elizabeth has reached out to me apologizing non stop for her sons behavior. I kept telling her it's okay and I'm fine. She offered to take me on a shopping spree and apparently Xavier even offered to pay for my college which I denied. Ryder is right, I don't need anymore ties with them. Xavier is nice, but knowing his background now I'm cautious although I trust Elizabeth and do enjoy spending time with her. Jaxson has been texting and calling me non stop. He goes from apologizing to pissed off. He's acting bipolar with his mood swings. It was Friday and I was excited to go see Ryder.
I was getting out of my last class. I was at my locker when Sophia came up. "Hey Girl, so my mom is obsessed with those silly gossip magazines and guess who she saw in there?" I turned my head away and sighed. "Aria!!!! You're in a magazine with two men fighting over you and you didn't tell me! What the hell!" And she slapped my shoulder. "Sophia! It's just gossip. You know they love to twist the truth." She shook her head.
"So what the hell happened? I thought you were with Ryder. When did Jaxson come back into the picture." Crap, why can't my life be private. Oh yeah cause I'm dating a fucking gorgeous eligible CEO and a billionaires son wants me as well. How do I get myself into these situations. My life use to be simple. I had separate lives. My school life with my two best friends and a second life going to clubs with my other friends who are like family to me. They never crossed each other. I look over at Sophia who is patiently waiting for an explanation. "Look, I'm meeting up with Ryder tonight. Why don't we all go out to dinner?" She started squealing. "Yes finally!" I just giggled at her.
I grabbed my bag and started walking out with Sophia and sure enough who is out there. Jaxson leaning against his car. Then Nicole walked over to him and wrapped her arms around his neck. He gave me a quick wink before he started kissing her. Sophia stopped in her tracks. "What a douchebag!" I just pulled Sophia's arm dragging her away before she opened her mouth to start talking shit.
Before we even stepped off the curb towards the parking lot a gorgeous grey Aston Martin DB11 pulled up in front of us.

Everyone around were pointing and admiring the car and then who steps out, none other then Ryder. He looked right at me and said "Hey Babygirl. I missed you." Before I could even say anything he came over to me and lifted me up into a hug and started kissing me. Everyone in the parking lot was staring at us. He finally put me down and he had a smirk on his face.
"What are you doing here?" I asked. "Can't a guy come pick up his girl?" I just smiled. Sophia started slapping my arm "What the hell Sophia!" She started eyeing me and then Ryder. I rolled my eyes at my friend. "Ryder, this is my best friend Sophia. Sophia this is my boyfriend Ryder." Sophia was almost jumping up and down with excitement. "I finally get to meet the infamous Ryder. I've heard a lot about you." I elbowed Sophia giving her the what the fuck look. Ryder was trying to hold back his laugh "it's nice to finally meet you too Sophia. I hope Aria only has good things to say about me." She chuckled. "Yes, lucky for you Aria is a bit secretive so everything she tells me is tamed."
