Now, on to the story...

After the shocking reveal given by his father, Percy decided to lay down in his room. Unfortunately, his plans were ruined by Amphitrite telling him to follow her.

"Lady Amphitrite, where are we going?" Asked Percy in confusion.

Amphitrite just smiled and continued walking until they reached the underwater garden located in the heart of the castle with colorful corals surrounding it.

"Perseus. Come have a sit." Amphitrite gestures to the seat next to the fountain (I don't know how that work as well don't ask me)

"My lady... Can you tell me what this is about? Not being disrespectful or anything but I'm just so curious I could die.." Percy smiled sheepishly.

Not expecting any replies from the queen of the sea, Percy was shocked to hear a small chuckle coming from the direction of the queen.

"Perseus, if you're going to live here in the castle and become an official prince, you are going to have to call me 'mother' at all times now." Smiled the queen.

Not ready for something like that to come out of the queen's mouth, for the hundred times today Percy was rendered speechless.

"Oh, don't be so surprised Perseus. It was only a matter of time so why not trying to get used to it from now?" Smiled the queen softly.

Percy just nodded along to what the queen was saying. His mouth was opened, gaping like a fish.

"Now that it's sorted, let's talk about more important stuff." The queen's face was back to its usual stoic expression making Percy more than nervous.

"Perseus, now that your coronation is set, I want you to start learning about our rules and customs. A prince must act like a prince at all times. There will be no slouching, whining, or even speaking like a child once you are a prince." The queen was staring right into Percy's eyes making him squirm in his spot.

"But, my l-" Percy couldn't even finish his sentence before he got a glare from the queen.

"Mo-mother..." the queen stopped glaring and started to smile once more.

"I don't really know anything about the Atlantean customs and tradition... And I absolutely don't know how to act like a proper royalty. Or properly in general. I don't even know the proper table manner. How am I supposed to learn all of that in only a few months?!" Percy couldn't help but glare at the ground as he continued on rambling about how impossible it is for him to learn proper etiquette in that short amount of time.

Amphitrite only smiled seeing her newest member of the royal family's antic. (newest because Tyson has always lived in the palace so he doesn't count. and he is a cyclops so he doesn't technically count as an official heir to Poseidon.)

"Worry not Perseus. I have that problem easily solved. You will start your etiquette training with me starting from tomorrow for a whole month. And when I deem you ready, you will be transferred to the royal school to learn about social life and ranks within the kingdom. You will also be able to learn about history, tradition, customs, and everything you need to know about your kingdom. When it's time for coronation you will still attend that school until you are of age and have graduated." Amphitrite smiled with a stern look on her eyes creating an illusion of choice even though it was clearly an order that Percy couldn't reject. (But let's be honest. It's Percy freaking Jackson the king of obliviousness.)
