It's the month that I'm due to have our baby. I'm feeling slightly scared, but, I know I'm gonna be okay. I'm trying to prepare myself for the water break scare, but, mom didn't really help. She told me that she got the fright of her life when her water broke while having me.
All I could do was nod when she told me that I would be scared, but, to try stay as calm as I could, because it'll hurt more when I panic and worry about it. Again, all I could do was nod.
I know mom wasn't trying to scare me. She was just trying to help.
Every night before bed, Ryan always tell's me to shout if anything happens.
Yeah, shouting isn't in my notion so it doesn't wake that fucker up apparently.
It was October 16th, when my water broke. I knew it was gonna come one of these days. I hadn't been sleeping at all recently, and the baby was kicking unbelievably. I sat up, just as the contractions began. My breathing was heavy and my anxiety was getting to me. "R-Ryan!!" I yelled at Ryan. Ryan just turned over in bed. "Mm."
"rYAN." I yelled. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. "You okay?" He asked. "Y-Yeah, perfectly fine but uh.. k-kinda need a doctor or two." I said. Ryan's eyes went wide, and he pulled on some jeans, a shirt and some shoes, and rang the Motionless In White (boys&girls) group chat. Everyone answered immediately.
End of P.O.V
"Okay, which one of you can drive the fastest?" Ryan asked, hurriedly and helped Charlie out of bed. "Gaia." Everyone said, but Gaia. "Okay, it's time. Gaia get here ASAP." Ryan said and hung up. He put his phone in his back pocket and helped Charlie down the stairs. When they reached the bottom of the stairs, there was a car honk from outside. Ryan opened the door and helped Charlie outside. Everyone piled out of the car. Everyone being Chris, Riley, Angelo, Ghost, Jaime and Vinny and TJ. (Jesse and Harley were at college, and were saying on campus.)
They helped Charlie into the car, and Ryan threw the keys to the house and to his car to them. "Good luck." Chris said, as he caught the keys and Ryan shut the door, Gaia speeding off to the hospital immediately.
About three long hours of pain, sweat, and for Ryan; white knuckles, the moment where Charlie and Ryan's lives were changed forever came.
"Congratulations on your new baby girl!" The doctor said, as he wrapped the baby in a pink cloth after the nurse had dressed her and put a diaper on her. Ryan helped Charlie sit back, and the doctor placed their baby girl into her arms. "We'll leave you alone for a bit, and check on you soon." The doctor said and walked out. The nurse made the crying baby a bottle and gave it to Charlie.
Charlie's hands were shaking, but she managed to start feeding the baby her first bottle. Tears were still pouring down her face, and being honest.. Ryan was not much different.
Ryan's P.O.V
I'm a dad.
Was the first thought that came into my head when Charlie was handed our baby girl. Tears began streaming down my face, and I just couldn't believe it. They weren't sad tears, though. They were happy tears.
Charlie was in tears of pain and happiness.
When the nurse left the room, she lay back, continuing to feed our baby. When she had finished her bottle, we winded (burped) her and she fell asleep. Charlie passed her to me and I put her in her small cot by Charlie's bed.
"Are you okay?" I asked and sat beside her on her bed. Charlie nodded, looking up at me, and held out her hand. I helped her sit up and she hugged me tightly. I wrapped my arms around her and she rested her head on my chest. A nurse walked into the room. "Is everything okay?" She asked.
I looked up at her. "Yes, everything's fine thank you."
The nurse smiled, then her jaw dropped. "Wait, you're Charlie and Ryan!" She said. I looked at her again. "Sandra!" I knew I recognized her from somewhere! She was the nurse that looked after Charlie the last time she was in the hospital. "The doctor who.. helped give birth to your baby is here. Shall I send him in?" She asked, heading for the door.
Charlie looked up. "Y-Yes please." She said, hoarsely.
A few moments later, the doctor walked in. "Hello! My name is Doctor Winters, and I was the one who helped you out here earlier. How is everything?" The doctor walked over and shook both of our hands.
"H-Hello. Everything's fine, thank you." Charlie said. "Any pains?" Winters asked. Charlie nodded. "My stomach is quite sore, but I think I'm okay after that." Charlie said.
"Ah yes, well that is normal. I'll get the nurse to being you some painkillers and what not, okay? Now, may I weigh your child? Then I have a small sheet for you to fill out. Just her name and what not." He explained. Charlie nodded and got out of her bed slowly, and picked up the baby, handing her to Winters. He took her and sat Charlie back down, handing her a sheet that was on the clipboard that we filled out together as he took our baby away to do tests and what not.
Name: Tegan Sitkowksi. D:O:B: October 16th 2012. T:O:B: 11:42 pm. Weight:7 pound, 2 ounces Parents: Charlie Olson, Ryan Sitkowksi.
After about an hour the doctor came back with Tegan. He handed her gently to me, and filled in her weight.
After talking to us for about an hour, he said goodbye and left. We took a picture of Tegan and Charlie sent it to the Motionless In White (girls/boys) group chat.

aaaaaaand she's here! This is Tegan :) she's 7lbs 2oz and she was born at 11:42 pm. I know it's a good two three hours ago but we have all the information now and she's a happy healthy baby 🖤❤️.

I tapped Charlies shoulder as she was giggling over the group chat. Tegan opened her eyes for the first time. Her jaw dropped and my eyes watered again.
She had the most amazing bright blue eyes in the history of the planet.
