A year later..

Charlie's P.O.V

It's been an entire year since everything happened with my apparent family, and since Ricky held Ryan at gunpoint.

My baby is now a year old, and she can crawl around the place and say "mama" and "dada." She said "dada" first. I knew from the start that she would. You should see how excited she gets whenever Ryan walks in the front door after being in the studio or even if he just goes to the shop to get cigarettes.

She looks like Ryan too. Dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. I can't believe how big she's gotten.. am I really that old??

The court case against Ricky took place, and I'm happy to say that we won. He was sentenced to six years in prison, but we all have a restraining order on him, so he can't come near us when he gets out.. if he gets out.

Noah has been doing really well, and his treatment for his cancer is working, But, he is still not able to travel and won't be coming to Slane with us this summer. It's being recorded, though, and our manager is live streaming it, so he said he'll watch it from the hospital. The Motionless In White boys are coming with us, because they're one of our openers. As are the legendary Ghost! Tegan is going to be coming with us too, and I can't wait for her to be able to rock out backstage, even if it just her dancing in her baby ways.

Can you believe it?! Ghost are opening for Hell Raisers. Jayden and Aspen come over at least twice a week now so we can figure out a set list and practice together.

We agreed that we're going to do a good few covers as well as original songs because why the fuck not? The MIW boys agreed to come onstage with us for two songs, and we're all spending two weeks in Ireland after the gig.

The gig is just three weeks away, so Jayden, Aspen, our crew and roadies are all flying out to Ireland tonight to begin setting up the stage, seeing as it's massive and requires huge screens. We agreed to figure out the complete set list on the plane to Dublin.

The Motionless In White boys are flying out a few days before the show because they don't have too much to set up.

As I was making sure that I had more than enough clothes to last me the five weeks I was going to be in Ireland for and made sure I had all of my instruments ready to go.

Ryan came in, holding Tegan. "Look, theres mommy!!" He giggled. I turned around and held out my arms to my baby girl. She giggled and leaned out of Ryan's arms, her arms outstretched. I took her from Ryan and kissed her forehead, resting her on my hip.

She spat out her pacifier and wrapped her arms around me. I held her tightly. It was going to be a long three weeks without her and Ryan, but I have to do it.. Ryan said he understands why I have to go, I think he's just a bit wary, in case something happens.

I highly doubt anything will happen, though.

End Of P.O.V

Ryan and Tegan brought Charlie to the airport, where they met Aspen and Jayden. "Charles, you take Tegan, I'll get your guitars, okay?" Charlie's boyfriend told her. "Are you sure?" Charlie asked. Ryan nodded. "Of course!" He said. Charlie took Tegan off of Ryan and Ryan got her guitars out of the trunk of the car. Jayden and Aspen were stood over Tegan's stroller and were making her giggle by making faces at her.

They all began walking towards the terminal where the customs and security were before the boarding of the flight to Dublin. When they got there, everyone stood around talking together for a few minutes. Charlie had taken Tegan out of her stroller and was now holding her. Ryan had his arm around her.

Pretty soon, it was time for Hell Raisers to leave. Charlie hugged Ryan and Tegan very tightly. "Have fun, Charles." Ryan whispered, as he kept his arms around her for a few moments. "I will. I'll see you guys in three weeks, okay?" She replied. Ryan nodded and they shared a kiss before Charlie kissed Tegan's forehead, said her goodbyes, grabbed all her stuff and headed towards customs and security with Jayden and Aspen.

Oh my god, it was really happening. She was really getting on a plane to go to Dublin, Ireland.. they were going to be practicing in the Olympia Theatre in Dublin, before heading out to Slane in Meath.

The flight was seven hours long, which gave the three friends a lot of time to work out a set list.

Time Skip to when they're all on the plane..

"Okay, we should start brainstorming some songs from the set list. I'm thinking twenty three songs, including the cover and two songs with Motionless In White." Jayden suggested. Aspen nodded. "That sounds like a really good idea! We could have the two songs we do with Motionless be a cover and one of their songs!" He giggled. Charlie smiled. "I really like those ideas! What if we done Immaculate Misconception or Devils Night or something with them?" She asked. The two boys nodded and they all agreed to create their ideal setlists and then read each others.
