Vol 2 - Chapter 16 - An Upcoming Uprising in The Continents.

Author Note: Hei halo, new intro every now and then is good yes :>. Okay so thanks for reading up to this point, this is a fast upload for once yes, horay for not procrastinating for too long, anyway enjoy this chapter which is quite long.

The story:

A new day arises and the sun shine brightly through the cracks of the curtain, it was subtle but still look bloody red from my closed eyes, so I woke up irritated. As I sitted myself on the bed, Haru was still sleeping facing the other way, which give me freedom to move without causing her to be awake. I stood up, went over to the curtain and close it whole. I took a shower to clean myself, dried myself afterward and put on a new pairs of outfits. I start cleaning the room, and then also tidying up my side of the bed. Afterward, I take a seat on the bed, thinking about the yesterday event. My feeling for not killing them was right, I should have not let them live. Though binding them with the curse, will probably give us time for roughly 3 months to 1 year of preparation, or by that time hopefully I could manage to eradicate some of the village used as sacrifice for a Demon usurping. I'll have to tell this to Minerva and the Queen so that she could be ready when the time comes...

It was almost 8 am and I've done all the cleaning duty for today, I was just sitting on the bed regretting to not kill those 2 people. Also yesterday was the first time for me to actually threatened someone... that actually felt off, but still that was a necessary move if war start to break of between the country, the Queen gonna need a lot of time for preparation., if I don't it's either me going with them which is gonna be bad for me, or War in quite a near future, well technically that won't be happening quite fast since the curse I gave them.

I stopped thinking all those stuff and start brewing some tea that was given by the chief. It gave out a nice smell and Haru was awaken by the smell of the tea.

She stretched her arm upward as she yawn and then she rubbed her eyes with one of her arm. She slowly said, "is that the Village tea?" and then she yawned again.

"Yes it is, do you want some Haru?" I replied.

"Yes please" she replied with a droopy eyes.

"Okay, wait a moment until it's done" I replied with a smile.

I get 2 tea cup and pour the tea once it's done. I took a small plate for the tea cup and bring one to Haru who's sitting on the bed. I took the one for me and slowly drink the tea while walking toward the balcony of the room. I opened the curtain and comes the blinding light, Haru and I immediately look back from the window. Crap, I should have done it slowly...

"Nee-san why you do that?" she said as she was squinting toward me.

"I forgot about it  alright" I cried out, it actually felt like a flash bang in first person shooter game, crap that hurts.

I pulled the curtain so it's not fully open, as it almost blinded our vision.

Afterward I asked Haru to take a bath since we're going to the castle again to report the incident yesterday. She quietly agreed and went to bath, she took out new set of outfit that was given by her grandmother while we were there. It incredibly look familiar to a certain female samurai drunkard in FGO = Fate/Grand Order(it's musashi yes). As she wears the clothes, she was expecting some word from me, I could look what she was thinking from her eyes, and i decided to says that she looks good, because a certain friend of mine in the previous world made me like musashi. She does looks good using the outfit, and moreover since she's an assassin, she doesn't really use any light armor which makes it better. After we finished our preparation, we decided to go to the castle. We hurried to  our pace to the castle as it is supposed to be an important issue and already hold back this information for a day worth. So we entered the castle immediately with the help of the previous Guard that let us in after we spoke to Minerva, and one of them showed us Minerva office where she works separately from the Queen.
