can't sleep

With my insomnia, I was having another restless night. I looked to my left and seen Harry fast asleep. Some times I envy him. I mean he travels loads of times deals with jetlag and yet he is sleeping like a baby.

Deciding not to disturb his peaceful sleep I get up to use the loo and head downstairs when I make me a nice warm cup of hot cocoa before settling down on the couch and watching some tv with the volume down low.

I could hear heavy footsteps coming down the stairs before I seen his messy hair and him rubbing the sleep from his eyes while yawning.

"Couldn't sleep?"

"insomnia," I tell him as a reply

he nods and joins me on the couch curled up under the covers as I drink up my coco, which I offered but he declined.

After I finished he switched the tv off took my cup into the kitchen and washed it real quick before coming back and picking me up off the couch and carried me upstairs where he laid me down then went and shut the door before coming back and cuddling up with me.

He covered up while I laid on top of him and snuggled him close with his arms around my back and lower hips.

He started to sing to me which usually gets me relaxed enough to sleep but for some reason tonight wasn't gonna be an easy one.

"I am sorry I woke you up" I apologize

"it's ok, baby.your my girl and I am gonna take care of you" he replied as he rubbed my back to try and get me to sleep.

He went back to singing to me stopping long periods falling asleep before waking and picking up from where he left off up till he went back to sleep and stayed asleep.

I laid there relaxed and everything but sleep refused to show.

I was careful when I moved slightly as I looked up and watched his lip part a little as he slept.

I laid back down on his chest and just laid there staring off at the wall hoping for sleep.
