homesick

I know his favorite city in America is, Los Angeles and I know that he misses home whenever he is here with me living in Los Angeles.  I have talked with him about it and he assures and promises me that he is fine and whenever he feels the need to go home he will.

But I have watched him and I have noticed a change in how he is. So What I did was booked him a flight to London so he can be home. Even if I can't be with him. I want him happy and I feel like he isn't happy when he is homesick.

"Baby what is this notification about a flight to London?" he asked

" I booked it for you so you can be home" I replied

"But I am home, I am with you"

I looked down and shook my head.

"No your homesick, and we both know it so I booked you a flight to London so you can be home. I know you love me, and you love being in Los Angeles, but baby you miss England. I know you do and so I did that for you."

I could hear him walking over to me and turning me around so I was facing him before he lifted up my chin so I was looking at him. Then wiping my tears away.

"I know that I haven't been the same and it seems like I am homesick, which is a little bit of fault. But I told you and I swear to you if I am badly homesick or really homesick I will go. you didn't have to book me a flight to go to London. I love how you put me before yourself and how you booked a flight just for me. But if I go back to London I am taking you with me, you are where I belong. My home is where my heart is and baby my heart is with you and will always be with you."

I sniffled and nodded.

"I love you so much and you show me every day with little things like that just how much you love me and really care for me."

"I want you happy, and I felt like you're not happy, that you're homesick, so I did what I knew might help."

He smiled and kissed me softly before pulling back and looking at me.

"I am happy as long as I am with you. No one in this world makes me anymore happier then you do. Yes, I love my mom and sister but they aren't my wife, they are my family and you are too but your more to me in a whole different way than them."

"I know."

"Good now dry your eyes, go freshen up if you want to. While I cancel that flight and then we will go out and spend time together"

I kissed him this time before I got off the stool and headed upstairs.
