Chapter 9: We need a Plan. (part 1)

Previously;

After our fun day of Daugter and Father time, I drove us back home to he farm and waited for the guardian there. 'It's been a while, im a bit worried about those two' i thought.

Now;

It was now nighttime, And the Guardian hasn't come back from IO just yet, they were finding our Warlock Vanguard Ikora, and the one thing has been on my mind alot recently, is 'what are we going to do when everyone gets back?' 'And if im going to be staying back from a fight because guardians and people think i have no Light' i thought. "I wonder how this is going to play out" I said to no ome but myself.

When it reached Midnight i decide it was time to go to sleep, Dad was sleeping on the bed already, and i was already in my sleeping clothing, i hoped on the hamack in my room, and went to sleep.

-Time passes-

I woke up to a roster doing its 'calling' i slolwy open my eyes as i rub them, when i got adjusted to the light, i gave off a small yawn and got off the hamck, only to see my Father gone,  and the roster in my room, i made the small creature go away, and close the door. After that i got cleaned up, new clothing Fix up my hair style and putting on my Gear, and finally my favorite cape, i smiled at the memory when dad gave me the cape, until...the tower fell. I gave off a small sigh, and continued moving.

I went outside, as i look around for anything i could be doing, And then saw Zavala, i went up to him. "hello young (Y\/n) how you been?" He ask

"I have been doing fine, but do you have anything for me to do?" i ask him.

"Oh yes i do give me a moment" He said as he went back into the small room behind him, "pick one of the bounty's"

"Wait why bounty's.. Cant it be like..uh something else..?" I ask him

"You get glimmer from doing these bounty's"

As soom as he said that i took all the bounty's i could on the table, and leap off to my new small side missions

The first one; was to go to most of the Lost Sectors at the EDZ, of course staying away from the Cabal, and their territory. And thats what i did, I did got hurt on alot of them, because they were a bot stronger, but My ghost healed me up as if nothing had happened. After i fisnhed that lost Sector i got Glimmer, and some gear.
The gear was trash, so i just threw them away to get more glimmer, this happened in every lost sector but, it was indeed fun to do, it was still bright outside as well.

I made my way towards the chruch, and up the broken stairs easily, as i met him. "Oh hello (y/n) do want some bounty's or are you here for a safe spot from enemies?" He question.

"Nah im just about to finish my bounty's" I said right back at 'em. As soon as i said he look back at me with an eyebrow raised, I exit the chruch and made sure i wasn't in his view, I summoned my Sparrow and Speed my way to The Gultch , I spend some of my time there, but after a while I got bored so I went back to the farm, as soon as i got back it was turning Dark, the sun was setting and such, but I saw my Ship, I went inside the Farm house up the stairs as I saw Ikora, Zavala, Father, Hawthorn, and the Guardian, I walk up to them and cleared my throat.

"Oh Hey (y-yn)! We were...just talkin' about you" Father says

"Look we can have her there" Ikora said

"I know we have to say no to her" Zavala mumbbles

"Agree" father mumbbles

"Guys...?" I question.

"(Y/n) i know, your not little anymore. Your so strong, stronger then me we all know that but, you always got hurt in every misson, And almost died a few times, but... Your not comming with us, your not going back to the tower to defeat him your going to stay here" Father said

"W-what... No that's n-not fair!" I said

"I am your father! Im only doing this to protect you!"

"Protect me? I was the one who have to save you all the time back at Nessus! I protected you!"  I yelled at him, Tears was on the verge of breaking and down my face, but i held them in,

And then I let them all know ...

"I am a guardian!, I can't die!" I yelled at him, as i pull out my Ghost.

Everyones eyes widen except Zavala since he already knew.

"Y..you have light?" My father ask, and i just nodded my head.

"She's comming" Ikora says,

"B-but--" Father was cut off by her

"We need a plan, and now she is gonna be part of it, she had light. She will help us. And we will protect her like always" Ikora stated.

Everyone at the table agreed.

And we begin planning our attack.
