In the episode 'Birthday Blowout', Master Frown stole the top part of Puppycorn's cake with the candle and brought it back to his and Brock's apartment.
Frown could've wished for his own earlier so Unikitty won't get her lil' bro's wish back (as he believed), but instead, he chose to wait for his fellow roommate Brock to wish it together with him :)
He even decided to wash plates with him (he hated that very much) so that they could share this unforgettable moment.
This shows how close Frown's relationship with Brock is and he cherishes his times more when the both of them are involved together.
Master Frown may be a bad guy, but he isn't incapable of sharing his favourite stuff with the people he cares about :)
