I woke up on Tyler's couch, with his arm around my waist.

I looked up to see him just waking up as well.

"Morning" I smiled.

"Morning" he kissed my forehead.

I found my phone and checked the time.

"9 o'clock!" I shouted getting off the couch.

"Yea? So?" Tyler sat up.

"I have to go" I said sliding on my flip flops.

"But it's only Saturday" Tyler told me.

"My dad doesn't exactly know I went to this beach party with you, I was suppose to be going with Lila" I told him.

"Ooooooo, you bad girl" he shook his finger at me.

"Yes, bad girl" I mimicked him.

I quickly checked myself in the mirror on the wall.

"Now come on, we have to go" I hurried him.

He put on his shoes and we raced out the door to his truck.

"Call me later" he kissed me before I got out.

"I will" I replied and ran up to the house.

I opened the front door an went inside.

"Dad?" I shouted.

No reply.

I checked the garage for his car but it wasn't there.

He's not home.

I went upstairs and took a shower.

I dried myself off an put on a light blue top, and black, skintight shorts.

There was no message from dad or Tyler.

I waited.....and waited.....and waited until dad finally came home around 12:30.

"Hey" dad said when he came in.

I was sitting on the living room couch watching television.

"What's up?" I asked.

"My boss is going to come by later for dinner and he's bringing his family" dad said straightening up the kitchen.

"Oh" I said turning off the tv to help.

"Now this could mean a promotion, so..." Dad said looking me over.

"So what?" I asked.

"Go change into something nice" dad said pointing to my shorts.

"Okay" I sighed and went upstairs.

I changed my shorts into legging.

"Better?" I asked dad.

"Mmmmm.....I guess" he said.

Dad cleaned the house while I started dinner.

"When are they coming?" I asked, it was already 4:00

"5:30" dad said straightening the pillows on the couch.

"Okay" I said.

We got the house all straightened up and dinner cooked by the time they arrived.

No....

His boss was none other than Troys Dad....

And low and behold was Troy himself, standing in my living room.

Dad welcomed the guests and sat them all down at the table.

There was only one place left for me to sit.....right next to Troy.
