Chapter 4:The Girl With Orange Eyes

"Okay people let's get class started" says Isaiah the Mewail instructor wearing black shades, 6'3 with a long lab coat that touches his ankles, black pants and a black dress shirt with long silver hair in a ponytail and pale skin. Jordan, Eve and all other first years are in the science lab next to the Evo center behind the Head building. Everyone is sitting at long tables enough to fit 7 students with three tables in a row next to each other and the instructors desk sitting at the end of the room for everyone to see Jordan is in the middle of Eve and Maria with a couple of other people sitting with them. "Today class I will explain to the reason for why the planet Tilva, where we reside is the way it is and why Mewails exist, if you have any questions when I finish don't hesitate to ask", Isaiah gives a big smile as he stares at the class and explains "the reason is the red star effect which occurred twenty years ago when a six prong red star crashed into the planet causing a red haze to cover the entire planet causing plants, to grow and change and animals to transform into Mewails and give humans heightened skills and abilities where people could transform into what we call beast, or had bionic abilities those without these abilities were given more stamina, made stronger and received heightened senses. The only difference between humans and Mewails are the eyes where for some reason all Mewails have orange eyes while humans and beast can have any eye color except orange many even retain the natural eye colors like our beloved principal.    

"Have people tried to understand why this occurred" asked a girl with pale skin, blue eyes, 5'4 with glasses and short black hair. "The answer is yes scientist have studied and found out the star is self a DNA creature that shifts the pieces of DNA of creatures with a series of test done on the center of the star the six prongs of the star are missing but they left small pieces that we were able to test with. Each prong left one tiny piece behind the size of the center of the star itself is six inches long and wide so we can estimate that each prong was at least 4 inches long and the piece are easily absorbable where the only way to take the piece out is to cut the creature that absorbed it open.

"So how come the center didn't absorb into the land and how something so small can cause such a big reaction?" asked Alana. Isaiah smiles and says "simple the star was 40 miles in length and width when it crashed into Tilva but only 99 percent of it was pure dust that had enough surface area and volume to cover the entire planet and pieces of the star have been tested where we learned each prong has a different function when absorbed but since the pieces are so small they only work for a certain amount of time. We learned that the holder of one piece can control Mewails, one can understand them, all the holders have the ability to transform and increase their abilities further, one has the ability to poison other people and Mewails and kill plants, another can turn people plants and inanimate objects into Mewails, another can sense other holders and pieces of prongs, and finally the final pieces ability remains unknown. The fact the star pieces have these abilities is one reason it can only be absorbed by living organisms water, land, and air aren't able to effect the prongs which is why we have been searching for these prongs because if you control them all you will control the world and we must be first because we aren't the only ones who knows about them everyone one knows about the prongs because a scientist was fired from this project for spreading the information  which is why I'm and a couple of other scientist are teaching young Tivens to prevent the prongs from getting into the wrong hands.

"What do they look like" says Tyler scratching his head "it's unknown and they could be anywhere inside anything and with that class is over have a nice day and next class I will explain to you how to combat Mewails and the different types." Says Isaiah waving everyone good bye. "Hey I'm not going to be able to make it to night I got a date with this really cute boy" says Eve getting up out her seat "okay cool" says Jordan in a unsurprised tone. They part ways Jordan heads off to the boarder where he fought Alana and sits and stares down at the forest below extends his hand and realizes that his hand can extended pass where the shield is suppose to be "that's not right the shields suppose to be here what if something happened, no way maybe repairs are just moving slow yeah that's it" Jordan thinks and then all of a sudden he hears a familiar yelling and remembers hearing that same yell, he then sees some trees fall "that scream sound like a little girl could someone have fallen off I got to go check it out its looks like I can make a jump here and get back its only 6:00 I got time okay lets go" Jordan's thinks he then jumps off down into the forest lands and then runs through the woods to the source of the sound he dunks behind a tree and sees a girl but can't fully see the characteristics and sees three wolf like Mewails with pitch black fur and orange eyes the wolf lunges at the girl who screams for help Jordan jumps out from behind the trees pulls out his katana from the white sheath and knocks the wolf to the ground he then lands between the girl and the Mewails who bark at each other "watch out they plan to attack you from all sides" says the girl Jordan hearing what she's says puts up his guard and just as the girl says they all lounge at Jordan who swings his sword making a air slash that hits all three wolves and knocks them to the ground Jordan then dashes at one wolf slices its head off and jumps out of the way of the attack of one of the wolf and retaliates with a fury of attacks and knocks into a tree the last wolf turns around and runs away but after barking in the girls direction causing her to wince. Jordan sends a blast of wind causing the wolf to run faster when its disappears into the forest Jordan smiles and walks  to the little girl who Jordan notices finally she is 4'8, with black hair, light tan skin, wearing a white dress and shoes, and has orange eyes. "wait orange eyes there's no way she is, no way that's not possible she can't" Jordan thinks "thank you for saving me sir" says the little girl hugging Jordan "a Mewail" says Jordan finishing his thought. He sits down with the girl "so what's your name" says Jordan trying to understand what's going on "I don't know I woke up in these woods four days ago and when I woke up those wolves started barking in my direction and started chasing me I ran to this noisy thing to call for help because I heard people above me but this thing came out of me that broke it, like this" the girl then stands up face the direction in which the wolf ran and yells a sound wave comes out of her mouth causing her hair to turn orange and her eyes to grow a brighter orange  Jordan sits and watches as the waves knock down trees when the girl is finished her hair turns black again "that's probably the generate she broke that's why the shield was down and that blue flash I saw last night" Jordan thinks to himself "hey by any chance did you happen to do that yesterday after finding another nosy thing" Jordan asks trying to grasps what's going on "yeah this one flashed colors and I yelled for help today and you heard me" says the girl with tears coming down her eyes Jordan gets up and wipes them from her eyes "your fine now" he says trying to reassure her. "Do you remember anything about your past that gives an idea of who you are" says Jordan "the only thing I know is my name starts with an S" she says looking confused "she looks so much like her and that mellow tone voice to there is no possible way she is who I think she is that person has been gone for a long time but I just can leave this girl" says Jordan in his head "hey you can come and stay with me until you get your memory if you want but you don't have to if you don't want to" says Jordan the girls breaks out in tears runs jumps and hugs Jordan "thank you so much I was scared to be alone or that you would leave me behind I didn't want to be alone  so thank you sir" says the girl hugging Jordan tighter "don't worry I won't leave you and you won't be alone ill protect you" Jordan says hugging her back. Jordan then picks her up marriage style and carriers her to the wall from which he jumped down from he bounces back and forth between the wall and tree carrying the girl "by the way" Jordan says landing on the platform of the edge of the corner "you said something about them wanting to jump me how did you know?" putting her down so she can walk "oh for some reason I can understand them" she said smiling and jumping, "what am I getting into, oh well whatever I made a promise and I'm going to stick to it  I can't leave her alone"  Jordan thought to himself as he walked with her. When they arrived at Jordan's house at 10:30 Jordan gave her some blue contacts, something to eat and clothes for her to change in after she took a shower at 11:00 gave her right before they were about to go to bed there was a knock at the door. Jordan opened the door to see Principal Noah at the door with two golden knights "good evening" he said with that same smile that he gave at the entrance ceremony "hello sir what seems to be the problem at all" Jordan replied as the little girl he saved came behind him looking from underneath his arm at Principal Noah "hi" she said "well we came to make sure everyone was in their homes and weren't startled or in the woods because were heard loud rustling from within and might I ask who is this" he asked smiling at the little girl who stepped back feeling a little nervous " this is Seren she is the daughter of my aunt and uncle her who passed away she's my god sister and my parents sent her here for me to take care of her because as you know my parents work as Tiven weapon inventors and don't want her home alone, and sorry she's only twelve and I didn't think I could enroll her" says Jordan smiling at Principal Noah as he stands between her and him "well if that's the case we can make an arrangement for her and though I don't remember seeing her come off the train, I might have missed her, but no worries I bet there was just some Mewails fighting in the woods sorry to bother you have a nice day" says principal Noah walking away Jordan then closes the door and exhales "now let's get some sleep so I can get you some clothes tomorrow .
