Ben's POV
I had decided to stay overnight with Caity, she had begged me to go home and get some rest but there was no way I was going to leave her again. She is currently still asleep right now and I'm sitting beside her bed just watching her, I couldn't sleep at all, I was constantly worried that the heart machine is going flat again
"Ben? What time is it?" Caity says in a sleepy voice
"7:30 am. Good morning gorgeous" I gave her forehead a kiss
her fever had gone down a lot, which the doctors say it a good start to her recovery, they had also said that she almost ready to go home, which is good
"Ben, I told you to go home, as soon as I fell asleep"
"I couldn't. I didn't wanna leave you alone"
She turned her body to me and put her hand on my cheek
"Did you sleep at all?" she asks
"No, not a wink" She lets out a small laugh
"Go home and get some sleep and when you feel refreshed come back I'll be fine"
I got down on my knees beside the bed and held her hand
"I'm not leaving you till you are ready to leave"
She rolled her eyes at me
"If you must"
Caitlyn's POV
I was mad at Ben. I wanted him to go home and sleep and get some rest but he is so determined not to leave my side. I understand I died only a few days ago and came back to life. it must be scary to be in his shoes.
"Caity?" Ben said, taking me out of my thoughts
"Caity, Gen is here with the kids"
"Ok, so I look ok?"
"Caity, you look fine! stop stressing" He gives me cheek a kiss and lets Gen and My kids inside the room
Ollie had a bouquet of flowers and Steph had a heart balloon that says 'get well soon', Gen was Carrying Parker who was asleep on her shoulder.
"Mummy!" The twins scream and run up to me, giving me a hug. My heart broke to see them and how I almost left these angels alone without a mother
"Hello, My angels! I missed you" I showered them with kisses
"Hi Caity!" Gen said Walking up behind the kids
"How are you?" She asked me
"Much better already. Thank you for looking after the children"
"That's good. Your kid, Joe and I have been having fun! we took them to a theme park which was a lot of fun and Joe wanted to take them to a baseball game so we also did that"
"Sounds like you kiddos had some fun" I gave them both kisses on their cheek
"How is Little girl Mazzello going?" I asked pointing to Gen's 5 Month pregnancy belly
"She's going well. although shes giving mummy a very hard time" She says as she hands Parker to Ben, Who was tapping his back hoping to keep him asleep
"Mummy These are for you!" Ollie says handing me the flowers
"Thank you, baby, I love them" I gave him a kiss
"And this for you too mummy!" Steph said handing me the balloon
"I love it! thank you, princess" I gave her a kiss

"We better go Caity, Joe promised the kids ice cream and a movie so we better go before one of them through a tantrum at home," Gen says standing up from her chair
"Of course! Thank you so much for bringing the kids"
"No problem. Feel better soon" Gen said hugging me for a long long time
"Bye mommy! Imma miss you" Ollie said hugging me after Gen
"I miss you too, But I'll see you soon. Okay"
"Okay!" Ollie said with a smile
"Good boy!" I gave him a kiss and then Steph Gave me a hug
"Bye mama"
"Bye Princess, ill see you soon," I say giving her a kiss
After our final goodbye Gen took the kids and left....
