Imogen's POV
It was the next morning and we were about to tell the kids that we are going to have another baby in the house soon. Joe wanted to record their reaction and I agreed it would be funny
"Ok, Quickly sit on the couch and I'll tell you the surprise!" I placed Briar to sit on the couch and Tanner sat next to her and along with Luke
"Do we get presents mummy?!" Tanner Asks
"Presents?!" Luke ask
"Well it's kinda a present"
"Yay presents!" Tanner Screams
"Tanner, no screaming otherwise I won't tell you," I said crossing my arms
"Sorry Mummy, I won't do it again," Tanner said
"Good... Hey, Joe, you got your phone ready?"
"And recording," Joe said
I sat on the chair next to them
"Are you ready for the surprise?" I ask and Tanner and Luke nod and Briar is clueless
"Ok so in nine months Mummy is going to have another baby"
"Another one?" Tanner asks
"There's another baby In mummy's tummy," I say putting my hand on my stomach
Luke runs over to me and lift's my shirt up and looks at it cluelessly
"Baby?" He says looking up at me
"Yes there's another baby in there"
And then I start hearing crying, I look up and see Tanner Crying and Joe laughing behind the camera. I playfully hit Joe's Arm and he stopped recording while I pull Tanner into a hug
"Don't you want another sibling?" I ask
"I dont want to share my toys anymore," Tanner said crying
"awww baby it's ok... But guess what?"
"What?" Tanner said looking up at me
"You get to move into your own room since you're a big boy now"
"Really?!"
"Yes, You get to have a room all too yourself. Your own toys. Your own bed. Everything"
"Yay! Thank you, mummy!" He says giving me a kiss on my cheek
"No problem baby, no go with Luke to the playroom"
Tanner nods and Grabs Lukes hand and they both run the playroom. I pick Blair up and put her on my lap
"Well that went well," Joe said falling on to the couch
"Could have gone better?" I said Bouncing Blair on my knee
"What do you Blair, are you happy?" I look down at her and she gives me a big smile and I kiss her cheek
"Dont worry Babe, they'll get used to it," Joe said putting his hand on my knee and rubbing it
"That's how it always works doesn't it?" I say
"Yep"
