1 Year Later
Caitlyn's POV
It's Been 3 months since I had my baby girl Bailey Sophia. It's non stop sleepless nights, especially the nights when Ben is away. Today is one of those nights
"Mummy's coming" I groaned before getting out of bed and quickly wrapping a robe around me
"Mummy's here" I picked Up Bailey and put her on my shoulder and I took her to the rocking chair
Bailey kept crying and crying for hours and when she did fall back asleep and I tried to put her back in her crib she would cry.
She had finally fallen asleep on my chest but I didn't want to move because if I did she will start crying again and I do not want to hear another cry for the next few hours!.
After a while of rocking Bailey and Myself on the rocking chair, I had gradually fallen asleep
Ben's POV
I had just got home from a friends party to a silent house.
I softly closed the front door and took my jacket off and throwing it on the couch. I took my shoes off and left them in the laundry.
I started unbuttoning my shirt as I make my way up the stairs as soft as I can cause probably everyone is asleep.
I walk into the bedroom to See Caity in the rocking chair with Bailey on her chest.
I walk over to her and give Bailey a kiss on her head and Caity a kiss on her cheek, which made her wake up
"Ben?" she says slowly opening her eyes
"It's me, Sorry I woke you up"
"No, it's ok... Can you take her off me?"
I did as Caity Asked and I picked her up and held her against my chest, slowly rubbing her back
"Rough night?" I asked
"She wouldn't stop crying for hours it was a nightmare," She said standing up and stretching
"How's is your back feeling today?"
Caity Had a C-section which had caused her pain in her back for a long period of time
"Could be better, I took the medication after you left" She took Bailey off me and gave me a peck on my lips
"How was the party?"
"It was good...I missed my friends a lot it's good to experience the old times with them"
"that's good... are you doing anything tomorrow?" she asks
"Ummmmm let me think... Yeah Peter asked me to meet him and some old friends at the club"
Caity nodded and Put Bailey in her crib, giving her a kiss on her cheek and covering her up
"Just dont get drunk love," she said patting my shoulder and getting into bed
"I'll not too" I laughed
"I'm serious ben, I need you to be sober when you're around the kids especially now when they are getting older. I'm not saying you can't drink at all but I want you to be sober when your home" Her tone went all serious and thats when I knew she hated the idea of me going out almost every night with my friends
"How much did you drink tonight?" She asked me
"Dunno about 3?"
"3 what?"
"Beers"
She sighed and pulled the cover up more and I started unbuckling my pants and walking to the Wardrobe.
When I got changed into my bed clothes, I walk out and see Caity Asleep on the bed
I Get into Bed Next to her and gave her a kiss on her forehead and pulled her closer to me
Her head resting on my chest and my hand around her shoulders and our legs tangeled together
"Goodnight, Princess"
