At birth, all humans present a primary gender - Male or Female. From ages 14 - 18, or more or less depending on your preference, females and males present as their secondary gender - Alpha, Beta or Omega. Presentation is typically accompanied by a heat or rut, and after secondary presentation they will give off a certain scent depending on if they're an Alpha, Beta or Omega. Though Betas are just like normal humans, they have no scent and don't have a heat or rut.
