The dominant presentation, Alpha presentations are more preferred. Alphas hold high and harder jobs, mainly powerful positions. Upon presentation Alphas develops a knot at the base of their penis, which can be small or large. Since Alphas are mostly males, female Alphas are considered rare and without a way to impregnate their mates due to having a vagina instead of a penis. Though a Rare Female - RF - is a female who is an Alpha with slight male features to their appearance, with a penis instead of a vagina. Both male and RF Alphas can get their mates pregnant, normal female Alphas can't.
