The submissive presentation, and the least wanted. Omegas produce slick when in heat and when aroused. Slick does have a taste and slight smell as well, which is arousing for Alphas and some Betas. Omegas have slick-glands, or auto-lubricant glands, that when stimulated produce a moist substance that resembles real lubricant and makes penetration easier. Omegas can become pregnant, no matter what gender, and can carry more than one child. Omegas are also smaller than both Alphas and Betas. Female omegas of course resemble a normal female, while males typically have a more feminine look. And in some cases, like with Alphas, there can be Rare Males - RM - which is a male who is an omega, but they have a vagina instead of a penis. So it's even easier to get them pregnant and they can have a normal birth unlike regular male omegas. But some RM, and normal male Omegas also, can go through surgery to be able to have a fully functioning vagina.
