The normal presentation, they're just like us. Normal humans. Their senses of smell are not as good as Alphas and Omegas, which also explains them having no scent either. Only female betas can get pregnant, since of course a normal human male can't become pregnant. But male betas can get any mate pregnant as long as they're female, not an RF Alpha, or if they're an Omega.
