Male Omegas can go through surgery in order to remove a penis. Mainly used for RM since they have the surgery to be with a fully working vagina. It's also an excuse to have a very tiny feminized Omega, though it has side effects. Like lack of pubic hair around their body, small muscle build, higher voice and a way more feminine look all together. Side effects can be more extreme when done after puberty. Like stunted height, more submissive, more docile or even more aggressive towards Alphas and Betas.
This type of RM is most wanted for Alphas and Betas. They're stunted in height and their muscle build is small, soft and bordering on feminine. They have a higher pitched voice and lack of pubic hair. Their personality differs due to mood swings. They're submissive, slightly docile and obedient when in very good moods or even afraid. These moods leaves them at the mercy of any Betas' or Alphas' dominance. But when going through mood swings, they may be aggressive and very overprotective of themselves when around Alphas or Betas. It's much harder to get them to submit and may have to use force in order for them do to certain task.
