Chapter 16- where she is working

After a few minutes, Maya came to my rescue.
"Girl, what were you thinking?" the was the first thing she said as she saw me.
"What's wrong with what I'm wearing?" I asked her while looking down at myself.

" What's wrong? girl, do you see that skirt? its like you're asking to get fucked or something. or were you?" she said smiling and I rolled my eyes.
" Everyone wears pencil skirts to work" I argued.
" Yes they do, but they don't have a butt like yours, unless you want to feature in Nicki Minajs video.
Otherwise we stick with the flared skirts" she said and I rolled my eyes at her again.

She handed me a box pleated leather
skirt that covered up to my knees. I removed the pencil skirt and wore the other one, she then handed me black open wedges.
" now you look like you're here to work" she said with a smile and I just rolled my eyes at her yet again. I tend to do that a lot when I'm around her. Even around Trevor, and that gets me in trouble, sometimes I loved the trouble.

I was pulled out if my naughty thoughts when Maya called my name. I thanked her and then went back to Trevor's office. I barged in without knocking.
"You should always knock when you enter your boss's office" Trevor said without looking up.

" I'm sorry, it won't happen again sir" I said in a small voice. Trevor then looked up at me up and down. There was no emotion on his face so I couldn't read it. Did he like it or did he hate it? I was getting nervous under his intense gaze. I cleared my throat and looked at him.

" Is this ok?" I asked after he hadn't said anything.
" Now that I can't see that beautiful round butt of yours its better, but I can still imagine. " he smirked.
I really didn't know what else to say, I just blushed.

" Take these files and file them and then I want you to type these notes and be done with it by the end if the day. And Maria" he looked up at me " cancel all my appointments for today" he finished.
" Yes sir" I said as I took the files and headed towards the door.
" Maria, ask Miss Hunt to show you the office. "
" ok"I said as I exited the office.

I walked straight to the secretary's desk.
" um mm hie " I said nervously.
" you again, what do you want now?" she asked obviously looking annoyed.
" Trevor said you can show me my office. " I told her.
" Its Mr Anderson when we are in the office hunny , just because you are fucking him don't give you the ok to call him by his first name. " she said as she stood up and started walking. To say I was embarrassed was the least of it.

" This is it" she said as we reached a door. I peeked through and took a look at the office. it was big, not as big as Trevor's but for a PA it was pretty impressive and the colors were not as cold either.
"Thanks Miss Hu...." I turned and realized that she was already gone. Phew, so much for thinking we could be friends.
I went and sat on the chair behind the desk and started on work. This was going to be a long day.

Four hours later I was done with all the task Trevor oops Mr Anderson gave to me. I looked at the time and realized that it was way past lunch time and I hadn't eaten anything. I went to Trevor's office and knocked first this time. I entered and found him in his chair deep in concentration.
" You wanna go find lunch? I'm hungry. " I asked.
" Have you finished your work the you already want to eat?" he asked
" Yes sir" I answered and he looked at me and smiled. Oh my that smile makes my knees go weak.
" Go ahead, I think I'm going to skip, I got a lot if work to do. " he said. I just looked at him and nodded .

I went out if his office and passed through Miss Hunt and I greeted her but she didn't answer. what's up with her? I ignored her and went to the cafeteria. A minute later my phone dinged. I grabbed it from my pocket and opened the text.

Bring me a ham and cheese sandwich.
Prince charming.

I smiled and then proceeded to go pick up the food.
" oh sorry" I quickly said to the person I bumped into.
" its ok cupcake. " the person said
I looked up at him and found him smiling at me. He was tall and he was darn handsome. Sheesh what was it all about, this place had gorgeous specimen.
" David " the specimen said as he extended his hand.
" hmm Maria" I said shaking his hand.
" I never seen you here before" he said.
" my first day work" I said nervously.
" which floor? " he asked.
" top" I simply said pointing at the ceiling.
" you must be the PA because the top floor only has the boss's office and he has one secretary and a PA and considering a PA was just recently fired and miss Bitchy Secretary is still there , you're the PA" he concluded. I looked at him smiling in awe.
" what?" he asked.
" you talk too much " I told him and proceeded to walk towards the food. I was hungry. and I had a feeling that if i keep standing with David, I might not eat anytime soon. Unlucky for me he followed me.
" How is he?" he asked.
" How is who?" I asked back.
" The boss obviously" he rolled his eyes.
" ok I guess " I answered after I filled my tray with food. I walked over and sat at an empty table and sat down and started eating my food. David did the same.
" Just ok? The guy is hot , I mean have you seen him? and you say "ok I guess"." he said and I ignored him and kept eating.
" Have you touched his arms?" David asked after a few seconds if silence. I looked at him with a funny face.
"What?" he asked.
" Are you gay?" shit! why did I ask that. ?
" Yeah,why?" and he simply answered.
" Just thought so" I said.
" Your hair is nice,and your clothes are expensive " he said as he fluffed my hair. Jeez this guy was very.....gay.
" Is that a problem?" I asked him smiling.
" I like you" he told me as a matter of fact. We looked at each other and laughed.
" What the fuck is going on here?" a voice interrupted our moment and damn I knew that voice. And that tone is only used when he's angry. Double damn.
