It's been a few weeks since...well that happened.  It's still not easy. If I'm not crying I'm asleep, if I manage to sleep.  I keep thinking all this was a lie. A huge giant lie. And to think I fell in love with him.

It don't help that I miss him so much. I miss him dominating me. I miss him hugging me, his kisses ,him teasing me. I shouldn't miss him but I do, so much. Maya has been very helpful, if she wasn't here I do t know want I would do. She says it gets easier but I don't see how.
She told me not to listen to country music because it gets me more depressed and I didn't listen so she deleted everything in my phone and she filled it with stupid stuff like Billie Ellis's Bad guy.
Now that I'm listening to it almost everyday, it's actually good.

I'm on my way to my new job. I started a week ago.  Maya found me a vacancy at a cafe near her apartment. It's a cute one ,cozy and a good environment. And it's a walkable distance from the apartment. She says it's good for me to go out and meet new people and get fresh air , but I doubt it will do any good. I feel like shit. I just want to crawl back inside my blankets and sleep the world away. But I can't do that now, I have to help Maya with bills at least for now until I find my own apartment or rather until I can afford it. It's weird how I was already used to be taken care of. Not having to worry about rent or grocery money. He was spooling me, for the first time in my life. I loved it.

It's a miracle how my mind always wonder back to him. I snorted at myself as I entered the cafe. I looked around and noticed that there was no customer yet, I guess it was still too early. I walked behind the counter and went to the back room to check in. The owner of the cafe was an old guy who was very charming and very nice. The cafe was his late wife's and get took over after she died. He don't come to work, he just passes through once in a while to see if things were running smoothly. There was one baker, his name was Alfredo and a two cleaners whom I didn't know their names yet. They only come in after closing to clean up. And then there were two of us waitresses. The other one was Gabby. She was still a college student working part-time but she is always here.

I was the second one to arrive at work  and saw Alfredo already had made a bunch of doughnuts and cookies.
"Morning" I greeted him. He was in his early 40s and had a wife and two beautiful daughters whom I met yesterday.
"Chica" he said as he kissed my cheek. " How are you today" he asked.
"Better that yesterday" I replied.
" Tomorrow will be better yet" he said smiling. He was always so nice, you could see he knew that something was bothering me but he never asked. I guess he knows when not to push it. I heard a ding on the door indicating our first customer has arrived. I went to work.

It was 17:59 and I was all sweaty. Gabby had not come in today because she had a headache so I was all alone. The work was a little too much for me since I hadn't worked for  almost 8 months. But i managed. The cafe was always busy.  The cafe closes at six and boy was I glad when I saw the time. The cafe was almost empty except an old guy who was reading his book on the couch and finishing his coffee. When the door dinged, I almost lost it. I couldn't serve another person. My feet hurt and I felt like crying. I looked at the door and saw a very beautiful lady. She was older, maybe mid 50s but she looked very sofisticated and she looked out of place. Yes this was a very nice place but it was for people who come.e to relax, with jeans and a t-shirt but she looked like the type that goes out to expensive tea's and luncheons. Her makeup was done to perfection and her kitten heals looked expensive. She took her seat and I walked over to her and gave her my most polite smile.
" Welcome to Magarette's ,what can I get you?" I asked.
She looked at me like she was studying me.
" You look tired my dear, are you ok?" She asked in the smoothest voice I have ever heard.
"I'm fine ma'am thank you for asking. " I said to her and forced a smile.
" You are very polite" she observed.
" It's my job to be polite" I gave her my best smile.
"And pretty" she said.
I was getting impatient, I just wanted her to order her food so I can rest my feet.
"Thank you, so are you, but what can I get you?" I asked politely again.
" Oh, I'm sorry dear, I shouldn't keep you waiting" she said as she looked at the menu. " A black coffee and a glazed donut please" she smiled.
I nodded and went back to the counter. I prepared her her food and placed it on her table.
"Enjoy your coffee" I say and she just smiles. It's funny because that's how Trevor liked his coffee too, with a glazed donut on the side.
She drinks her coffee slowly and by the time she was done, she was the only customer left.
I went to get her cheque and she looked at me funny.
" Is everything ok" I asked a little concerned.
" Oh, why yes dear. " She said " it's just that I never thought that I could find you just with a description dear" she said casually.
That stopped me. I froze.
"What do you mean?" I asked confused.
"Well, Trevor always talked about you but I didn't think I would find you just by judging  with his descriptions. " She states
"And you are?" I asked.
"Mrs Anderson, his mother" she said as she extended her hand. I could t do anything, I was in shock.
