chapter 10

Peter's P.O.V

Felix and I lost Faith when she hitched a ride with that guy. Felix could easily tell I was frustrated. There was a strong magic source here. I knew what it was. Zelina, the wicked witch. Seemed stronger now than usual.

I watched from the window of Regina's window of her office talking to hook, Emma, snow, and charming.

"She's been seen all over town. We need to kill her now." Regina said.

"If we do so, we could hurt everyone here, Regina. What Gold said, about Faith being the only to defeat her has to be real. I tried and you tried attacking her. Nothing. She blocked it. It's the only way....no matter how much I hate it." Emma stated.

I saw Hook's face turn to worry.

"What if there's another way? How do we know what will happen if Faith's power is taken by the witch, before it even happens? She will get ill." Snow said.

They kept fighting about this on and on. Listening I was trying to gather as much as I can.

Faith's P.O.V

Ruby and I stayed at my place. She came over after a while to keep and eye on me and to hang out with another wolf. It's fun to hang with another wolf. Wolves on my become a lone wolf if kicked out or leaves the pack. That's only with old wolves.

We watched a movie called Medicine Man. My mom had it in her room and I was trying to find something good to watch. This seemed good so far...though I wouldn't go to a rainforest and just get stuck with a crazy professor. I'm already surrounded by numb skulls anyway.

"Ruby, what's going on around here? Why the sudden security? Because of Pan?" I asked pausing the movie.

"I'm not sure I can say that, Faith...I'm keeping my secrecy for now." she answered.

"Because of the wicked witch of the west?" I said.

She looked at me, "How did you know that?"

"Well, caught some conversations and had strange dreams." I said.

"Dreams? Like what?"

"Everyone being turned to stone, me being chased and killed, everyone disappearing. My usual nightmares now."

"Have you been getting markings? Like something that wasn't there the day before?"

I nodded and rolled up my sleeve to a cut that I got last night falling asleep. I didn't have any of my weapons in my room with me. I woke and this cut just appeared.

"Just this cut. And a few days ago a few burns." I said.

"Does anyone else know about this?" Ruby asked and looked at the cut.

"Nope. Sorry." I said.

"Well you better start. If you don't we'll have some trouble." she sighed.

"Ok. I will. Wolf's honor."

She nodded. Once a wolf makes a promise, she keeps that promise. We sat back and watched the rest of the movie. It was good when it ended. Ruby fell asleep a bit afterward. She does work more often now. I kinda feel bad for her. I covered a blanket over her and started towards the stairs. I stopped hearing a knock at the door. I walked over and looked through the eye hole my dad put in. I saw no one. I backed. There was another knock. I opened the door slightly seeing Felix. I froze.

"Not a scream. I'm not here to come after you, yet, Faith. Just a.warning. Pan doesn't know where you are first of all. So be glad. But this witch, Zelina, is after your powers and will kill you. You need to be protected. I mean that..Understand?" Felix said in a whisper.

I nodded slowly, "Are you going to tell Peter Jerk where I am?" I whispered.

"No. It's fun with the chase anyway." he said.

I glared. A small flame appeared on his sleeve and he quickly put it out.

"Sorry, Faith..." he said and walked off.

Weird. I closed the door and walked upstairs and sat on my bed. I started going over and over what Felix said about the magic and Zelina the wicked witch. He could be lying, but then again, I didn't do anything bad to him except flip him like a bottle cap. So...maybe he is. I'm taking it as a sure yes.

Mystery Person's P.O.V. ((A/N : not Zelina's.:))

She'll be mine alright. Faith Jones and her precious powers. We already have one of her family under control. All we need now is a way to get the perfect girl to me...and away from Peter Pan.....
