"Wow, Naruto. You've been studying really hard lately... hello hinata." Sonata said, surprised to see Hinata in her place when she fully entered the living room."It's all because Hinata has been making it very easy for me. She's amazing!" Naruto exclaimed, he was very proud of his progress as of lately.
Hinata's eyes shifted towards the ground. "I brought cookies for the two of you." She said, timidly.
"Thanks, I heard you could cook and bake almost anything." Sonata smiled, she grabbed a cookie sitting on the table and bit into it.
She raised an eyebrow, noticing that it was chocolate chip peanut butter which was Naruto's favorite. They were delicious, nonetheless.
Naruto grinned, "Pretty good, huh?"
She nodded her head, as she swallowed the rest of the cookie. "Thanks for the cookies, Hinata. So how's your therapy going?"
"It's going okay. She think I'll be able to go back on missions again soon." Hinata answered.
Sonata leaned against the wall, studying Hinata, something didn't seem right. Hinata wouldn't make eye contact with her. "But will you be ready? You think you'll be ready to step up if things get ugly?" She asked.
"That's enough Sonata. You're not her therapist. She's been going through most of this alone. It's hard for her." Naruto said, standing up.
Sonata held back her surprise at Naruto jumping to defend Hinata. Hinata looked surprised as she quickly looked up at Naruto. "It's okay Naruto. I really did almost cause harm to Kiba before. She just want to make sure it doesn't happen again." Hinata quietly said. "But I should go."
Sonata felt like an outsider in her own home. What the heck was going on?
"I think you should refrain from saying or asking anything that could be hurtful towards Hinata." Naruto said, once Hinata was gone.
"If she's that sensitive, she shouldn't be a ninja." Sonata retorted. She couldn't believe Naruto right now.
"She has been traumatized by the death of Neji. We should be a little bit more supportive towards her." Naruto explained, as he rubbed his hand through his hair.
"Naruto I know you feel obligated to be there for her because of what happened, but you can't baby her. All it's going to do is cause her to depend on you. I love that you're trying to help her, but don't take it too far." Sonata sighed.
Naruto looked at Sonata, he didn't like the expression on her face so he walked over to her. "You're right. Maybe I am being a little over protective because of what happened. I'm sorry." He apologized. He pulled her into a hug. "I won't make you worry."
She believed him, but it was Hinata she was worried about.

"So you've met a girl that is more into cats than dogs?" Sonata asked. "That's going to be an interesting relationship."
Kiba palmed his forehead, "But what would make her like cats more than dogs?"
Shino said, "What would make you both like those things over insects?"
Both Sonata and Kiba gave him a deadpanned look. "The obvious." Kiba stated.
Shikamaru arrived and slipped into the booth. "That was a long walk. What a drag." He said
"So Shikamaru have you found anything new about the Ōtsutsuki clan?" Sonata asked, her hopes were high as she waited to hear his answer.
He didn't want to knock the hopeful look off her face, but sadly, he had to. "No I haven't. The only thing I keep finding is things about Kaguya, and her two sons. One being the Sage of Six Paths. He was the one that created the tailed beasts. It doesn't go any deeper than that. There's nothing about where they use to live or where their located now."
