Mack- Proposal

I can't make up ideas for the life of me 😂

Mikey's POV

Today is the day. The day I propose to my gorgeous boyfriend Jack. I am very nervous. What if he says no. I hope he doesn't, I really love him. It's cheesy but he's the love of my life.

I am getting everything sorted by distracting Jack all day and making the boys set the stuff up. It sounds bad saying 'I'm making the boys set the stuff up' but they volunteered to set the stuff up, but I gave them the plan I wanted to do and I had to distract my wonderful boyfriend. It's also mine and Jacks 3 year anniversary, so I decided to take him to dinner before the big surprise.

Jack's POV

Mikey said he was taking me out for a date. He said dress fancy so I put on my fanciest clothes. At 7pm he he came into the room to see if I was ready, his jaw dropped and he was speechless when he saw me. I blushed really hard and I probably looked like a tomato. 'You look stunning' Mikey said. 'Not to bad yourself Cobban.' He kissed me quickly and grabbed my hand and led me out to am awaiting Uber. I can't wait for tonight, I really love Mikey.

We drove around for about 20 minutes before we arrived at a very fancy restaurant. 'Mikey, this looks very expensive. Are you sure you want to eat here?' I asked. 'Baby, don't worry. It's our anniversary and I wanted to treat you to a fancy and expensive meal.' He grabbed my hand and I intertwined our fingers. He led me inside and spoke to the hostess about the reservation for Cobban. I was looking around the restaurant at all the shimmering lights, until I felt Mikey start to walk following the hostess to our table.

We sat down and talked all night, the food was amazing. When we were leaving Mikey laced our hands together and said he had a surprise for me. He dragged me into the trees near a park and led me along a path. We were walking for a couple of minutes until I saw fairy lights hanging from trees.

We walked through the fairy lights until we got to an opening by a lake. I looked around and saw more fairy lights and Polaroids hanging by string from the trees. All the Polaroids were photos of me and Mikey. Mikey let me look around and I almost started crying. I turned around to give Mikey a hug, only to see him down on one knee with a black velvet box in his hands.

Mikey's POV

I started to get really nervous while Jack was looking around but I knew I had to do it now before I chicken out. I got the little black box out of my pocket and got down on one knee. I saw Jack slowly move his hands to his mouth, which was wide open because he was shocked.

I started my speech and Jack was nearly crying before I even started speaking. 'Jack, we have been together for 3 years and I knew from the moment I met you, you would be mine forever. I love you so much and I'm very happy that I asked you to be my boyfriend exactly 3 years ago. All the pictures hanging around us, are of all the monsters we've had including our 1 year anniversary when we have each other our promise rings. I could stand here for hours naming the reasons I love you but it's getting late and cold, so will you answer my one questions? Will you marry me?'

Jack laughed at me saying it was getting cold but then he jumped on me, hugging me and whispering in my ear, 'Yes, yes, yes. A million times yes.' He pulled out of the hug and leg me out the ring on his finger. He kissed me passionately, until I pulled away and started to walk home with him.

Jack's POV

I'm engaged! To Mikey! I'm really happy and excited to tell the boys and my family. When we got home we walked in and Mikey immediately shouted, 'He said yes!' All the boys came out and my mum and dad were there, and my little sister. I ran to my mum and hugged her, then my dad and then my sister.

They all congratulated me and Mikey and we talked all night.
