Jacklyn- Cooking

Brook's POV

Me and Jack were cuddling on Jacks bed just holding each other. At 4pm, after laying in bed peacefully all day, there was a gentle knock at the door. 'Come in,' Jack said. Andy walked in and awed at me and Jack curled up together. 'Look at you two. Me and the boys are going out and probably won't be back until around 11pm so I just wanted to let you know.' He explained. 'Okay have fun.' He left and we went back to cuddling.

*1 hour later*

'Baby, do you want some dinner yet?' Jack asked me, before planting a gentle kiss on my forehead. 'Yeah, but can you cook it though? I like when you cook,' I giggled softly. 'Yeah of course and you can make some dessert while I make us a delicious, romantic and beautiful dinner.' He said as he started to get up. He grabbed both my hands and pulled me up. I let him drag me downstairs to the kitchen and he got all the ingredients out to make the dinner. He gave me an instruction book of desserts. I gave him a glare and he smirked at me. I made the dessert very quickly so I put it in the fridge while Jack continued to make dinner.

*1 hour later*

Jack was almost done making the dinner but it was getting later so I was starting to get clingy and cuddly again. I slowly started to inch my way towards Jack and when I was right beside him he was smirking and he knew what I was about to do. I lifted his arm up and put it around my shoulder, he laughed at me and pulled me closer. I put my head in his chest and we slowly started to sway. 'I love you,' I mumbled into his chest. 'I love you too baby.'

We had an amazing meal and my dessert was actually very good taking into consideration that I can't bake or cook. 'I'm proud of you baby, this is delicious,' he whispered in my ear as we lay in bed that night ready to fall asleep.
