Chapter 16

I walked into a  room that Kira says is mine. She's nice but I'm still so sure about her.

"Honey?" My head jolted towards the door, where Kira was standing with a look of concern.

"Can you come down stairs? Someone wants to see you" she told me and left.

" Lisa...?"
"Relax! She's your mother and she loves you,trust me"

I took a deep breath and down the stairs to see the green eye boy standing with his hands in his pocket.

"Umm" he coughed uncomfortably.
"How are you feeling?"

I nodded because my tongue was tied.
His green held pain,guilt and love all at the same time.

"Are you OK?" I finally said making his head snapped in my direction.

"Yeah, thanks"

"Do you know where Camila is?" I asked him
"She's in  London, as an exchange student" he explained.

"Oh"I mumbled
"Do you have her number or something?"

"Yeah,here" he said handing me his phone.

I quickly searched his contacts and found Cam's number.

We talked for few minutes, she promised to come back as soon as possible. She asked to speak to the boy whose name is Asher.

I think she yelled at him,cause he kept on saying his sorry.

I woke with a slight headache this morning and Kira insists I stay back at home. I don't feel safe here,so I managed to convince her that I'm fine.

Asher and his friends picked me up in his car .
The ride was quite and peaceful for everyone except Asher who kept looking at me but I didn't bother to make eye contact.

When I got to school, every one looked so happy to see me. A lot of them said they were glad that I was OK and stuff.
It's funny how they all care about me but I don't know any of them.

My first class was English and Asher walked me to the class. His very sweet and nice though, maybe he doesn't want to kill me after all.

"Yes! Finally" Lisa said and I could feel her dancing in my head.

"Don't let anyone make you comfortable,especially Chloe" he told me. Referring to a blonde girl who attacked me today before the bell rang, signaling the beginning of classes.

I nodded and he gave a a kiss on my forehead before walking to his class.

I could feel myself smiling as I walked through the doors.

I could feel all eyes on me as I made my way to a seat beside the window.

Soon the teacher walked in and the lesson began. Forty minutes gone and the lesson was over. I began to gather my things ready for my next class.

"Hey!" A familiar voice called out.
I looked up to see a familiar smile from a light skinned girl with dark brown hair.

"Cam!" I cried and threw my hands around her. She laughed and hugged me back.

"I missed you so much!, there are a lot of weird people in my life and I can only remember James and you" I told her.

Her smiled lessened and she just hugged me once more.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't here to help you. I promise you I didn't know about any of it" she cried.

"It's fine I forgive you" I told her as we walked out of the class together.
