an i unpublished "best friends brother" because i had no inspiration for writing it and it wasn't that interesting tbh.

kenzie's pov

after an awkward conversation with the gang, we decided to play truth or dare.

"i'll go first!" annie says, "asher truth or dare,"

"um truth," he says.

"is it true that you've never had a first kiss?" annie asks.

"um....yes," he says as he blushes.

"really? dude we gotta hook you up!" will says.

"i'm just waiting for the right girl," he says.

"aww!" all the girls say.

"alrighty i'll go," i say, "lauren truth or dare?"

"dare," she says giggling.

"i dare you to kiss will for 1 minute," i respond with.

johnny looks angry. he is very protective of his sisters, being the only brother. sorry johnny but i know that lauren likes will.

"are you okay with this will?" lauren asks.

"yes!" will says ( a little too quickly if i do say myself )

lauren and will move closer together. johnny's face turns red with anger and finally puts his hand in-between them before they can kiss.

"johnny what the heck?" i say.

"they aren't gonna kiss. especially in front of me!" johnny yells.

i then say, "johnny come on they're just kissing. lauren's done worse stuff,"

"KENZIE!" lauren yells.

"what kind of stuff?" johnny asks me angrily.

"well...you know....um....uh....nevermind," i stutter.

"kenzie. tell. me," johnny says, firmer.

"uhh...can i go now?" will asks.

"yes," everyone says expect johnny.

"lauren," will turns to her, "truth or dare,"

"dare," she says shyly.

"i dare you to kiss me," will says confidently.

johnny's eyes grow wide and he becomes un still. he begins breathing heavily like he's having a panic attack. he doesn't like seeing his sister like this. but he should be used to this, right? we've been in the same friend group for about a couple of years now.

i look over and he looks like his in pain. and then without thinking i grab his hand.

he begins to calm down but then looks down and sees our fingers interlocked with each other. we look over at our friends and see everyone staring at us.

"sooo....kenzie truth or dare?" asher says.

"dare," i say.

i wish i picked truth.
