The two couple sat in silence thinking about what's their best option.

"Where do we go from here?"

Gloria asked with a sniffle as she pulled her legs up to her chest. Tai let out a sad sigh as he stood up and fix up his shirt.

"There is only one thing to do"

He said as he made his way to the doorway but froze as Gloria questioned him.

"Where are you going?"

She asked. Tai look back sadly to see his fiance sitting on the bed.

"I'm going to talk to Sora"

"And then what?"

"I don't know"

"Talking to her, is not going to do any good"

"I know"

"Then why even bother on going there!"

Gloria shouted angrily as she stood up from the bed. Tai growled as he yelled back.

"I need to try something instead of sitting here, feeling sorry for myself!"

A moment of silence went by before Gloria turn her back to Tai and climb back into bed curling herself up.

"Then you're on your own"

Tai sadly looked down to the carpet before looking back to fiance.

"Gloria..."

He said trailing off as Gloria cut him off.

"Just go, do what you have to do"

She said quietly. Tai let out a sigh as he stood up from the bed. He turn to face his fiance who had the blanket covering her head. He leaned down slightly to try to kiss her on the forehead but she moved away. Tai sadly closed his eyes as he pulled away, he slowly mad his way to the bedroom door but stop as he heard Gloria speak.

"Tai?"

She softly. Tai looked back to her with a slight smile.

"Yeah?"

"You're sleeping on the couch tonight"

The small smile from Tai's face disappeared but he understood that she wanted some space and reluctantly agreed.

"Okay"

He said quietly as he left the apartment and headed to Sora's apartment.

*At Sora's Apartment*

Tai had the face of determination for to set things right, he banged hard on the door in the hallway to Sora's apartment. A few minutes later, the door open to reveal Sora rubbing her sleepy eyes.

"Tai....what are you doing here? It's the middle of the night"

She asked sleepily.

"We need to talk"

"And this couldn't wait until morning"

"This is serious"

"Okay then fine, you want to come inside"

She asked with a gentle smirk on her face. Tai glared harshly at her.

"I want you to abort the baby"

At those words, Sora's eyes open wide her sleep was finally gone.

"What? Are you insane?"

"You're making me go insane, your causing problems between me and Gloria"

Sora smirk as she crossed both her arms over her chest.

"Sounds to me like she can't handle a simple competition"

Tai felt his eye twitch.

"Just abort the baby, I'll even give you the money"

"This is not about money, its about..."

She said trailing off as Tai cut her off.

"Yeah yeah I know you want me, but you can't have me. This is fuckin childish of you Sora, you already screw with me and now you just want to screw with my life. Why can't you grow up?"

"Says the guy who is banging on my door in the middle of the night"

Tai let out a sigh as he kept his temper in check.

"Just Sora please, what did I ever do to you for you to do this to me? I spoke with Matt and he sounded like he was still in love with you"

Sora cast her eyes down.

"The spark was gone between me and Matt"

"Then why me?"

"Because I knew you had a crush on me"

Tai was surprise but remain unfazed

"That crush died a long time ago when you told Matt you liked him"

"But..."

"No buts, it was a childish crush. I moved on and apparently you haven't. We're not kids anymore Sora, please try to understand that I'm in love with Gloria"

He stated firmly as he moved away from the door about to walk away but Sora continued to spoke.

"And what if that spark between you and Gloria fades? Will you come back to me after knowing that I like you"

She asked angrily. Tai looked back slightly.

"If two people actually love each other then they'll do anything to keep the fire going? You should know about love better than I do"

He said walking away. It took Tai a few minutes to arrive back to his and Gloria's apartment. He sleepily rubbed his eyes as he made his way to the couch.

"What a day"

He said quietly as he removed his shirt and only left with the pants on and settle down on to the couch.

"We can get through this"

He said confidently as he shut his eyes to go to sleep.

*Next Morning*

Tai woke up to the sound of birds chirping and the sunlight beaming on his face. He let out a sigh as he rubbed his face and looked around to see difference from last night. Tai got up as he made his way to the kitchen to start the coffee machine. As he was busy, a small thing caught his attention on the microwave. He stopped what he was doing and looked to see a sticky note that read.

"Live life happy" -Gloria

Tai frowned as he made his way to the bedroom and looked to see Gloria is gone along with her belongings. Tai felt his heart froze.

"No, no please this can't be happening!"

He shouted as he made his way back to the kitchen to grab the phone and started dialing Gloria's number but no answer. He then called her on his cellphone.

"Come on, come on please answer me"

He asked desperately.

'I'm sorry but this number is no longer in service'

Tai hanged up the phone as he backed away until his back hit the wall. He slowly slide down with his legs pulled up to his chest. His eyes were full of tears threatening to fall. He looked back to the sticky note still attached on the microwave and finally notice the engagement ring beside it. Tears began to trail down his face.

"She left me"
