Hello my goofball, I hope you've slept well!

Today is the day I've been planning for a rather long time and I'm a little nervous and excited all at once.

It is time for us to set up our first official date! I've had this planned for a while now, and I think you're going to love it.

So, clear all your plans for Friday evening because I'm formally inviting you to a football game. It starts at 7 and is at Firehawk High School. Don't worry about getting a ticket, I already bought one for you and put it under your name (Goofball of course).

I won't be able to be in the stands with you but I plan to meet you there the minute it's over. I'll give you the game to try and figure out which idiot I am out on the field. After the game, I will be waiting for you, center yard-line with a single daffodil in one hand and a box of sweet tarts in the other.

That's right, I'm pulling out all the stops. Candy and flowers for the rest of your life as promised.

See you soon my lovely goofball!

Here is a picture of my socks today.
Let's just say I'm getting ready to seas the day!

I had to suppress the giddy scream that tried to break loose as I read this message. It had arrived as I was waiting for class to start and now I knew I wasn't going to be able to focus for the rest of the class.

Luckily enough for me, we were just reading the script for the fall musical out loud to the group so time was able to fly by quickly. I had a dinner to go to with Austin tonight and I was very excited yet a little bit apprehensive. This was going to be the perfect opportunity for me to finally get to know him and figure out if he is my mystery emailer.

. . . . .

I pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant and took my helmet off, thankful that my hair was acting normal tonight. I took a risk and decided to wear it down since I wanted to look a little bit more casual. It was still crazy curly but at least now it looked slightly styled and controlled. I was still wearing my glasses though since they were still a safety net for me and I pushed them up the bridge of my nose as I walked into the building.

It was a very modern pizzeria and bar with tall ceilings and industrial warehouse architecture. There was an open kitchen where you could see the cooks making the food and the whole place smelled of bread and cheese.
