Nan Hee's POV

I was alarmed of what I heard. I ran to find out what was happening. A man got a nurse as a hostage.

I was trying to negotiate with him but he was so mad. He ran inside the elevator still with his hostage.

Nurse Ha: Security! Please follow that man.

Nan Hee: No.

Nurse Ha: Dr. Noh?

Nan Hee: We have to deal with him in peace. And I'd have to talk to him. I'm Miran's doctor.

Dr. Bang: I'll come with you.

Nan Hee: Stay here, nurse ha. Order everyone to stay here.

Nurse Ha: What will I tell Dr. hwang?

Nan Hee: Tell him to just wait.

Dr. Bang and I ran upstairs to look for him. We both had no weapon but our scalpel. We've searched everywhere until I remember the newly constructed annex. I told Dr. Bang that the man could have been hiding there.

Carefully, quietly, we walked towards those empty rooms. i noticed a shadow nearby. Dr. Bang went to the room next to it and climbed up the wall since the walls weren't upto the ceiling. And at the count of three, I kicked the door then Dr. Bang jumped to man. It made him lose his grip with his hostage.

I took the nurse with me and Dr. Bang was able to strangle up the man.

Jin's POV

Everyone was scared when a man hostaged a nurse. But what scared me is the fact that Nan Hee was the one who came to negotiate. No one dared to help them

I was about to follow them but Yoongi stopped me.

Yoongi: You're not a hero, Jin.

Exactly when Minhyun got out of the operating room, Dr. Bang, the hostage taker, the nurse and Nan Hee walked down the stairs.

Minhyun was so worried that he couldn't stop himself so I blocked his way.

Man: You're the doctor who killed my baby!!

Nan Hee was expressionless as she slapped his face.

Nan Hee: After all this, time. Miran was waiting for you to car for them! But you did nothing!

Dr. Bang: Dr. Noh, calm down.

Nan Hee: YOU DID NOTHING WHEN SHE WAS SUFFERING! SO BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKE.

Nan Hee started walking away. But before the security got the man, he was able to escape and he was now after Nan Hee. He raised his knife pointing to her.

My feet were too weak to even run and save her. Minhyun pushed me away and he was the one who fought with the man.

Minhyun got stabbed from his side. Security finally got the man and took him away.

Nan Hee: Minhyun-ah.

Minhyun: Don't be mad at me. I did it to save you.

Dr. Bang checked his wound.

Dr. Bang: The cut wasn't too deep. Stay at your office and I'll take care of your boyfriend.

Nan Hee was just beside Minhyun. They stayed at the doctor's lounge since Minhyun fell asleep.

We are the same when it comes to loving Nan Hee. Consequently this day, I found our difference. Minhyun was so brave and he was willing to risk his life for Nan Hee. And me? I was not as strong as him. I'm a coward.
