It was later in the day now, I had been riding my bike for hours. I check my phone hoping it was a decent enough time to go where I needed to be.
"8:34" I read aloud.
"Now would be a perfect time actually to go to the cemetery, I can talk to Shaun while having a breakdown in peace"
I push my feet down on the pedals as the air chills and blows my hair into spirally wisps.
Then I hear a car coming fast, causing me to turn the handle the wrong way attempting to avoid them.
Instead I curve down off of my bike and onto the solid concrete. I feel my head bounce off the tar, Causing an instant headache.
The car stops and I hear the engine turn off. I don't bother to see who it is.
I try standing up and grabbing hold of the rubber handles. The one on the left side is ripped gashing a cut into my hand.
All I can smell is dirt mixed with iron coming from everywhere. My head begins to throb further so I press my shaking hands against the side of my face, hoping it would ease some of the pain.
"Nathan? Holy shit! Are you alright?" The familiar voice calls out. My head spins around almost instantly stiffening my body. It softens when I see who it is.
"Hey Kory" my voice shakes a little from the pain.
"Jesus! Your bleeding! Get in the car, let me take you home. Mum can take care of you in the mean time too."
"Damn it" I mutter to myself.
I knew damn well he wouldn't take no for an answer either.
"Sure" I say looking away.
Once I start walking into the light from the headlights I notice my hand. It's covered in bright red blood. The color looks so pretty on my pale skin.
I start feeling dizzy. Similar the dizziness I get from my disorder.
I wince as the headache digs it's way further through my skull. Everything is burning and my legs get wobbly. Kory rushes over to my side, he looks pale. Before he can get close enough to me to hold me up, I feel my legs give out and my vision blurs and fades out.

When I woke up I was in Korys bed. I had his red hoodie on that was practically a dress on me and a pair of his shorts. I slightly panic hoping he didn't notice any of the marks I'd made while he was re-dressing me.
I look around for a while before noticing my phone on his night stand along with a note.
'Nathan,
Hey it's Kory. I'm not sure if you remember this but you passed out last night in the middle of the road. You woke up after 22 seconds so I didn't have to call anybody or grab your medicine. I don't know if it was because you hit your head or if it's from the disorder but I did the usual anyways. You had a rough night last night, you passed out around 4 times the entire night, all under 28 seconds. So I called your mom for you and told her you were staying at my house for the night, and today. Mom patched you up but luckily you managed to dress yourself and get into bed on your own last night. You were so out of it though, so I doubt you'd remember it. Anyways good morning breakfast is in it's usual spot. See you when I get home.
-Kory.'
