Iris woke up like normal, in her small cottage house to the smell of the frying bacon and eggs. She folded her sheets over her bed neatly and trotted downstairs in her plain old white pyjamas. Dot was standing next to their little old gas stove, smiling as she made her arrival downstairs and into the kitchen. "After you eat, we're going to see Blood Rayne again okay honey?" Dot said politely, Evil had seemed to Of drained from her over the past few years, ever since Iris had been born she had been speaking to animals and going on a diet. "Fine..." Iris mumbled, you see, Blood Rayne was a daughter of pure evil and lived on the other side of Maiden Ville. Dot tried her best to look happy about seeing her witch friends again, but she too wasn't that happy about it either. They both gulped down their breakfast in silence and Iris trotted back upstairs silently. Dot sighed and started clearing up whilst Iris put on a casual top and tight skirt, wishing that she wasn't so flat. She trotted back downstairs and followed her mum to the other side of Maiden Ville. It was a long trip to the other side and Iris grumpily sat in the cart as she travelled along the dusty old cobbles, the eventual bump every second or so. She wished it could just be tomorrow already as that was her birthday. Her 12th to be truthful and she couldn't wait to be whisked off to the School for Good and Evil. The only thing was, what school would she be going to? Her ancestors all went to the School for Evil but she was one of the most sweetest, kindest people in the village. It was just her past that made it worse. By the time that she was even close to finishing her trace of thought, she had arrived at the house of doom and gloom, Blood Rayne's house. She dusted off her outfit and walked up to the porch and knocked on the door politely, mother tracing behind eating salad she had created. Once I get to show my powers, I'll be able to never be hungry again she thought as the door creaked open. Blood Rayne's parents looked at her, then looked at Dot, grunted and let them in. Blood Rayne was sitting at the table, stained and scruffy, she looked up and let out a faint smile before turning it to a sour frown as Dot came in. Blood Rayne ushered Iris out of the room and took another sour frown at Dot. Her mother tried to ignore it but the guilt of making her frown still stuck to her. Iris noticed that Blood Rayne's breath smelt like garlic, leeks and whatever else she had for breakfast. She sweetly offered her a sweet piece of liquorish and carried on up the creaking stairs. That night, she wore her ying-yang top with white leggings which had black crosses on them. Her mother smiled and went to sleep, knowing the next day her child would be in the safety of The School for Good and Evil. She woke up to see that she was in the air, floating gently across the sky with another student next to her, Blood Rayne was with her. She felt herself swooping down in the sky, only to get rescued by a hoard of different fairies. The School for Evil loomed in the distance as she looked up to see beautiful girls coming down with her. The School for Good twinkled and glimmered over her, girls chatting and gossiping about what fantasies were inside. Everyone looked about the same: Long blonde hair that was combed down to their waists; Bright blue eyes with a glimmer of hope for the year ahead and luscious red lips that looked like they were already kissing their prince at the start of the year. But then she saw a student who was being attacked by a fairy and didn't look like the rest. Short black hair which was dyed in tints to look more red; scruffy black pyjamas with stains splattered around them and cracked pale lips. She rushed over to help her and.... she was carried away to the School in a second's time. It wasn't to long before she was whisked to it as well. Who was that girl and why was she here?
